Transcript

Welcome to the Aura Cleansing Breath.

Sit or stand comfortably in a quiet space.

Keep your feet firmly connected to the ground.

Close your eyes or keep them softly focused.

Breathe naturally whilst maintaining an awareness of your breath.

Envision a bubble of energy surrounding your entire physical body.

Silently affirm,

I release what no longer serves me and I welcome peace and vitality.

Reflect on those words for a moment and breathe them deep into your heart center.

Now,

Let's activate your Qi energy.

Bring the palms of your hands together and rub them vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds,

Creating warmth and activating your Qi,

Life force energy.

Pause.

Hold your hands a few inches apart.

Feel the tingling or pulsing sensation between your palms.

Take a deep inhale through your nose,

Then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Focusing on the energy in your hands.

Now,

Slowly lift your hands to the crown of your head.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Feeling fresh energy gather in your palms.

Exhale slowly through your mouth as you sweep the palms of your hands across your body,

Down the sides of your body,

About 6 to 12 inches away,

Smoothing and cleansing your aura.

Repeat this motion,

Starting at the top of your head and moving over your scalp,

Face,

Chest,

Arms,

Belly,

Hips and legs until you reach your feet.

With each exhale,

Imagine releasing any heaviness or stagnant energy through your breath.

Continue to keep your hands a few inches away from your physical body as you sweep through your energetic field.

Imagine your palms are like brushes,

Untangling any knots or any areas of stagnant energy.

Flow with this sequence for a few more moments,

Keeping your awareness with your natural flowing breath.

Any unwanted energy is being released and transmuted into the ground beneath you.

Good.

So,

Keeping your hands about 6 inches away from your body,

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Sweep your hands upwards now along your body's energetic field,

Drawing fresh,

Clean energy towards you.

Exhale fully through your mouth as you push stagnant energy outwards and away,

Using circular sweeping motions with your hands.

Continue this rhythmic breath and movement,

Clearing your aura in smooth,

Intentional,

Circular motions.

Inhale deeply through your nose and sweep your hands upwards along your body's energetic field,

Drawing fresh,

Clean energy towards you.

Exhale fully through your mouth through your mouth as you push the stagnant energy away,

Using circular sweeping motions with your hands.

Wonderful.

Now,

Place your hands just above your heart center.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Allowing your breath to gather fresh energy.

Exhale sharply through your mouth,

Brushing your hands down the sides of your body with each breath,

Clearing away the last parts of any heavy energy.

Repeat this for 6 to 8 breaths.

Continue.

And one more breath.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Allowing your breath to gather fresh energy.

Then exhale sharply through your mouth,

Brushing your hands down the sides of your body with each breath,

Clearing away any heavy energy.

Then place your hands on your heart and breathe gently,

Feeling refreshed and radiant.

Rest your hands in your lap or by your sides.

Breathe naturally,

Feeling your energy balanced and clear.

Silently repeat,

My aura is clear,

My spirit is vibrant,

And I am filled with light.

Invite a sphere of protective,

Warm,

Golden,

Loving light to be placed all around you,

Your heart,

Your aura,

And this experience too,

So that all the positive healing,

Clearing,

And restful benefits will stay with you.

Gently bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings.

Breathe in deeply one last time,

And as you exhale,

Bring your awareness back to the room you are in.

Roll your shoulders if that feels good,

And gently open your eyes and feel awake,

Alert,

And refreshed.
