Welcome to the ajna chakra,

Also known as third eye chakra.

This chakra is deeply connected to your intuition and inner knowledge.

During this visualisation we will focus on these aspects and discover this chakra without expectation as we enjoy this activation.

Be kind and accepting of any thoughts that come by and calmly let them go.

The ajna chakra is attuned to intuition,

The colour is indigo and the element is light.

You will see your life with clarity,

Self-awareness and emotional balance.

You will trust your inner knowledge which will allow you to make balanced decisions.

Before we go into the visualisation,

Just repeat this affirmation out loud or softly to yourself.

I am open to receiving divine guidance.

Beautiful.

Let's settle in.

Make yourself comfortable and close your eyes.

Take a slow,

Deep breath and let go of any tension as you feel yourself sinking into the surface you're resting on,

Becoming still,

More comfortable and relaxed.

Take another slow,

Deep breath and release your thoughts,

Letting them drift farther away.

Bring your awareness into your third eye centre between your eyebrows and just notice a softness there.

Take another slow,

Deep breath and know that in this moment,

All is well.

Another beautiful breath in and this time take the breath down to your abdomen.

Relax with a deep exhale.

Tune into the present moment.

Imagine all the energy you've sent out into the world lately coming gently back to your heart like the last pieces of a puzzle,

Making you feel more whole and complete.

Follow your breathing in and out as you relax and settle in still more.

Just let your shoulders and neck area relax,

Your arms,

Back,

Abdomen,

Hips,

Legs and feet.

Relax and breathe.

Breathing is your connection to life and the natural world and like all of nature,

It has a rhythm.

Take a few moments to do nothing more than simply follow the rhythm of your breath and relax.

Breathe in and out.

Once you are in this comfortable rhythm and feel your body relaxed,

Just shift your awareness back to your Ajna chakra.

Just become aware of how this area feels.

If there is any vibration,

Any colours that you can notice,

Just allow the thoughts to flow freely.

Imagine now you are sending beautiful,

Fresh energy into your third eye chakra with each inhale and expelling old,

Stagnant energy as you exhale.

Continue breathing deeply and gently as you allow your body to relax deeply.

Fresh energy into your third eye chakra with each inhale,

Expelling old,

Stagnant energy as you exhale.

Nice.

Now imagine a delicate indigo light beaming around your third eye chakra.

With each breath,

See this light becoming brighter and brighter.

This light is opening and cleansing your Ajna chakra.

Visualise a pulsating,

Bright,

Purple light surrounding and flowing within your third eye chakra.

Allow this light to bring new energy and open your perception to receive your own intuitive guidance.

Luminous indigo healing energy now fills your third eye and as you exhale,

It relaxes.

Luminous indigo healing energy fills your third eye as you inhale and as you naturally exhale,

Relax.

Inhale,

The third eye energy expands.

And as you next exhale,

The third eye descends deeper into your whole being.

Imagine a downward pointing,

Violet triangle right on your Ajna chakra.

Talk softly and with kindness and love to your inner wisdom.

Ask if it feels safe to express this within you,

As a part of you.

Ask your third eye chakra if there are any particular areas in your life you should look deeper into.

Allow your thoughts to flow freely and observe the flashes of inner wisdom which might be passing through.

Simply be an observer of this experience.

Good.

With kindness and gratitude,

Thank your Ajna chakra for having this moment of connection.

Just sit with this feeling of openness with your third eye chakra for a few more gentle breaths.

Gradually and gently bring your awareness back into your body.

Ask for a sphere of protective,

Warm,

Golden loving light to be placed all around you and this experience too,

So that all the positive,

Healing,

Serene and peaceful benefits will stay with you.

Take a deep breath and feel free to come out of this visualisation whenever you would like.

Thank yourself with gratitude for putting energy into your own explorations and thank the energy of life for moving you in the right direction.

Become aware of your physical surroundings.

Remember where you are and the room that you are in.

Just take your time and when you're ready,

Open your eyes and feel awake,

Alert and refreshed.

When it's still fresh in your mind,

You may wish to jot down any insights you may have heard,

Felt or learned during this visualisation.
