Hello.
Welcome to this guided meditation,
I am a force of nature.
It's an invitation to remember your own strength,
The quiet,
Steady kind that doesn't ask for permission.
We'll move through gentle breath work,
Body awareness,
And visualization to help you reconnect with your natural power and presence.
All you need to do is slow down,
Breathe,
And allow yourself to remember who you already are.
Let's begin.
I invite you to find a comfortable seat,
Or if you prefer,
Lie down.
Allow your hands to rest open,
Palms facing up,
As if you've just set something down and now you're ready to receive.
Eyes may be closed,
Or soften their gaze.
I invite you to take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose,
And exhale through your mouth.
Feel the weight of your body being completely supported.
In these next few minutes,
You don't have to carry anything.
Soften your jaw,
And clench your hands.
Allow your shoulders to drop away from your ears,
And you are here,
You are present,
You are enough,
Exactly as you are right now.
Now bring awareness to your breath.
The breath is your anchor,
Your quiet,
Steady power.
I invite you to breathe with me.
We will inhale for the count of four,
Pause for the count of four,
And then exhale for six.
And if it works,
Just allow my voice to guide your rhythm,
Or feel free to do it on your own.
Let us begin.
Breathing in,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Pause,
Two,
Three,
Four,
And exhale,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Pausing,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Again,
Inhaling slowly through your nose,
Gathering your strength and presence to the count of four,
Feeling yourself full,
Pausing,
And then exhale gently,
Sending that energy into the earth like roots,
And then pausing,
Repeating,
Inhaling,
Allowing your chest to expand,
You're taking up space just as you should,
And then pausing,
Feeling the fullness of who you are,
And then exhale,
Releasing anything that doesn't serve you,
Pausing,
And then again,
Inhaling your breath,
Your breath is like the tide,
A quiet and steady force,
And then pausing,
And you're at the peak,
The shore shifts with you,
And then exhale,
Letting it go,
Watching the ripples move outward,
And then one more time,
Inhale everything you are,
Pause,
And then exhale everything that you are not,
Things that do not serve you,
And then allow your breath to return to its own natural rhythm,
Resting in it,
Observing,
No judgment,
You don't need to change it,
Now we will move through the body,
Not to relax it,
But to recognize it,
Every part of you is a point of power,
Let's begin at the crown of your head,
Feel the warmth gathering there,
The quiet energy of knowing,
And then bring awareness down to your throat,
Soften,
Your voice carries change,
Every word you speak moves something in the world,
Then resting at your heart center,
Sense your heartbeat,
Steady,
Permissionless,
Strong,
This is where your ripple begins,
Now your hands and arms,
Feel the pulse of your fingertips,
These hands building comfort,
Creating,
They are ready,
And then draw attention to your core and belly,
Your grounding center,
The place of gravity that steadies you,
No matter what swirls around,
You are the calm at the center of your storm,
Finally moving down through your legs and feet,
Feel the ground receiving your weight,
Solid,
Supportive,
Alive,
Now sense your whole body as one,
Every cell alive,
Humming,
All,
You are present,
You are power,
Now I invite you to imagine yourself standing at the calm center of a vast swirling storm,
The air around you moves with pure energy,
Wind,
Light,
Possibility,
Yet where you stand is perfectly still,
The calm isn't the absence of power,
It is the power,
See the storm spiraling outward from your center,
Each gust,
A thought or idea,
Each flash,
A life you've touched,
You didn't ask permission to be the center of this,
You simply are,
Watch the ripples move outward,
Further than your eyes can see,
A tree bends where your energy passes,
A stranger lifts their head,
A room feels different the moment you walk in,
This is not imagination,
This is truth,
What you already do every day,
Now receive that fully,
Repeating silently or out loud,
My presence creates ripples of positive change,
Again my presence creates ripples of positive change,
And one more time with full belief,
My presence creates ripples of positive change,
Allowing these words to wash over you,
And when ready,
Bring awareness back to your body,
Noticing how your body feels,
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
Maybe taking a deeper breath,
Noticing how you feel,
When you're ready,
Gently flutter your eyes open if they are closed,
And just notice how the space around you feels,
And I invite you to carry this feeling with you into the rest of your day,
Into every room,
Every conversation,
Every choice,
You are not someone who slips through the world unnoticed,
You are a force of nature,
Own it without apology.
