This music breathwork "mini journey" is to even things out and find balance between stopping and going, stillness and movement... Great for building endurance, cultivating calm, increasing focus and decreasing anxiety. Box breathing is used in the format of inhaling for 4 counts, holding for 4 counts, exhaling for 4 counts, and holding for 4 counts - all done in and out through the nose (breath guidance in the music).
