*Read instructions below. This music breathwork "mini journey" is a serene trip through the forest... Great as a natural tranquilizer for the system, this breathing promotes better sleep/relaxation, reduces stress/anxiety, & takes you to a place of inner safety & calm. The breath pattern is as follows: Inhale through the nose for 4 counts, hold for 7 counts, exhale through the mouth for 8 counts. Repeat continuously, following the breath guidance. The music & vocals are encoded with powerful energetic frequencies from my own journey. Listen in headphones for the best immersive sound experience.
