We begin with a micro-education in Track 1 and move to somatic meditation Track 2 where we explore the body (soma) and the true meaning of letting go in somatic trauma recovery. Together, we will gently explore this space and prepare our bodies to rebuild trust in ourselves and our capacity to heal from heartbreak, betrayal, grief, attachment wounds, and childhood trauma memories. Letting go is about releasing into a field of trust, allowing your body to rebuild that trust despite the lingering memories of trauma. Your body can keep a different score—a score of healing and triumph. We will delve into a longer somatic meditation focused on expanding your capacity to release and let go. This process will support you in transitioning from holding onto pain to embracing a state of healing and renewal.
