For those who have experienced trauma or have ADHD with trauma, this track is for you. I want you to lift the shame and blame from SELF and thank the intelligence of your nervous system for helping you survive when no one else could in your environment. I want you to honor your dissociation for helping you detach from the intensity of pain and help you not feel as if you are an inadequate one. I want you if you ever get ridiculed or mocked when you dissociate to use your voice with pride and say to others dissociation was your best alley, and protector when you were not there in my pain. Use this track as somatic awareness guidance with a focus on the back of your body and heart space at the back ( not front of the heart), listen as often you feel self-blame and shame around dissociation and when you need encouragement for your beautiful survival intelligence. Trigger Warning: This practice includes topics about trauma. This is not a substitute for professional help.
