This beginner-friendly meditation starts with a body scan to help relax in to the meditation, then moves to breathing into the belly, then transitions to checking in with the six different sides of the heart (front, back, right, left, top, and bottom). Then it moves to breathing in expansion and love into the side of the heart that feels the most constricted today. The practice ends with one OM. Inspired by Dr. Richard Schwartz's IFS Meditation: "Heart."
