
Yoga Nidra Sleep Track: Fall Asleep | 25 Min | With Music

This Yoga Nidra track includes 20 minutes of guidance with gentle background music that continues for approximately 5 minutes after the guidance ends. The track was created to help you relax your mind, your body, and your nervous system to help you to drift off to sleep. The guidance starts with settling in and then the physiological sigh to help relax your nervous system. Then you will be guided through how to come up with your sankalpa for your practice, then led through a body scan, starting with your mouth. Examples of sankalpas that can be used for this practice: “I am resting deeply” or “I am falling asleep.” After the rotation of consciousness, you will be guided into sensing opposite sensations (right/left/front/back), then guided into your Inner Refuge, then pure awareness, and then gently repeating, “I am resting deeply” as you inhale, then “I am falling asleep” as you exhale.
