This meditation is to help you feel more acceptance about physical changes in your body, whether they are physical changes from aging, injury, stress, or hormonal changes. The meditation starts with bringing awareness to the breath and then moves to repeating a positive affirmation about change. The first one: "I find stability within, even in the midst of change." And the second one: "I embrace change with an open heart and a curious mind." You can choose which affirmation resonates with you the most today and then silently repeat it to yourself while keeping awareness on your breath. The practice ends with one OM.
