This meditation that you're about to do is a super powerful visualization for you to step into the different levels of energy and feel as your body goes from the lower energies up to the higher ones.
And that is where the real high performance is in life,
In business,
In health,
In relationships.
So welcome to a longer journey on the map of consciousness.
Walking up the mountain of energy.
Let's just start by taking a deep breath in through your nose.
Just making sure that the exhale is much longer than the inhale.
Let's do a few more of those.
Big breath in through your nose.
Slowly,
Slowly,
Slowly out your mouth.
In through your nose.
Just letting go of any worries,
Any thoughts,
Any limits in your mind.
Just for a moment.
And if you want,
You can just pick all of that back up later,
Just for now.
Let it go.
Let your body arrive to this moment.
Allowing yourself to take this moment to fully relax.
One more.
Big breath in through your nose.
One more sip in.
And out.
Feeling your body becoming more.
In a moment,
I'm gonna say sleep.
And when I do,
You're not gonna fall asleep,
But you're gonna go into a deep,
Relaxed state.
One,
Two,
Three,
And just sleep all the way down.
All the way deep.
Just feeling that relaxation spreading into all of your body,
Through all the body parts.
Feel the tension in your jaw.
Release it.
Let go of any tension in your face.
Let go of any tension in your eyes.
Any tension in your neck.
Your shoulders.
Your arms.
Let go of any tension in your hands.
Your fingers.
Going back to your chest.
Let go of any tension in your legs.
In your feet.
And just allowing yourself to get even.
10% more relaxed.
Just knowing that there's nothing you need to be doing right now.
Nowhere you need to go.
Nothing to prove.
Just be here and listen to my voice.
In a moment,
I'm gonna say eyes open.
And when I do,
You're gonna open your eyes.
And when I say sleep,
You're gonna close your eyes and go 10 times deeper into a relaxed state.
One,
Two,
Three,
Eyes open.
And just sleep.
Eyes open and sleep,
Eyes open.
Two,
Three,
Two,
One,
And just sleep all the way down.
All the way deep.
Just imagining your eyelids becoming so heavy.
So stuck.
And the more you try to open your eyes,
The heavier they get.
And the more you try to close your eyes,
And the more stuck it feels.
And that might just feel amazing in your body,
Making you feel even more relaxed.
Just understanding that the only limit you have on your own relaxation is the limit that you put on your own mind.
So just allowing yourself to go even deeper,
Even more relaxed.
10 times deeper into this relaxed state.
Before we start this journey,
I want to remind you of something.
That just like the limits of our relaxation,
We also decide the limits in our lives.
We decide the limits of our freedom,
Of our success,
Of how much we allow ourselves to receive.
So just remember as we go into this,
There are no limits except the ones you decide yourself.
And if you ever drop off,
Just come back to my voice.
And the way you imagine things is meant to be imagined to the best of your ability and not more,
Not less.
So now I want you to imagine that you're standing at the bottom of a mountain.
Maybe it's a mountain you've seen before.
Maybe it's somewhere from back home or somewhere you've traveled to.
And as you look up,
You can see that this mountain has different levels,
Different parts of the climb.
And each of this level has its own feeling.
It has its own color.
It has its own energy.
And we're gonna go upward together through each level of energy.
And with every step up,
You might feel something shift in your body because you can also feel it in your body.
And you can always access these states.
You can create them at any time.
The trick is just to learn how to live in them and not be pulled down to the lower levels.
So you're standing here at the bottom for a moment,
Looking up at the mountain,
The imagined mountain,
And just feeling in where you are today.
Some of you might be standing somewhere that feels a little bit heavy,
A little bit gray,
Like nothing matters and you're just going through the emotions or the motions.
And if that's where you are,
That's okay.
It's just the bottom of the mountain.
But as you'll learn,
You're meant to go upwards.
We're all meant to go upwards.
So just imagine yourself taking one,
The first step upwards to the first level.
And as you take this step,
You start to feel something in your body.
It's not really comfortable,
But at least it's alive.
And this is the first layer,
The layer of fear.
And you can feel it in your chest,
The tightness,
The checking,
What if this doesn't work?
What if I'm not enough?
What if it's never going to work?
And what if I lose what I've already built?
Maybe you know this place well,
And maybe some of the biggest decisions you ever made came from here.
Performing from here,
From fear,
Pushing from fear.
Just feel it in your body,
And just allow yourself to feel the fear.
Because part of walking up,
It's about letting go of the emotions,
Letting go of the fear,
Letting go of the shame,
Letting go of the doubt.
If you remove doubt,
There's only confidence left.
Just take a breath here.
Just gaze up to the next level.
And let's take one more step upwards.
The tightness of fear starts to move.
It starts to heat up.
The next part,
There's fire.
The next part,
There's anger.
And this is anger.
And I know we're not always taught that anger is a good thing.
But I want you to feel what's underneath it.
Because underneath anger,
Anger of being where you are,
Anger of not being further along,
Anger of seeing other people succeed and not you,
Underneath that anger,
There's desire,
Honest and true desire.
I want more.
I know there's more available to me,
And I refuse to accept that this is it.
And I want you to take a deep breath here.
Just let yourself feel the anger,
Feel the desire,
And don't apologize for it.
Because that fire,
That anger,
When it stops being aimed outward and starts becoming fuel,
That's when things can really start to change.
A breath from this place.
Let's climb a little bit higher on this mountain to the next level.
Here,
Something starts organizing itself.
You're standing a little bit straighter.
There's a little bit of a base here.
You've done some things.
You proved some things because of the fire,
Because of the desire.
You know you're capable.
And this is the layer of pride.
And it took some work to get here,
So honor that.
But there's something this place still needs.
Pride needs people to see.
It still needs to know that others are watching and approving.
It still needs approval from the results.
And that's the trap of pride.
It puts a ceiling on things.
So you're just feeling into the trap of pride.
The trap of needing the confirmation that things are working.
Just to not fall back into anger.
So let's just start climbing even higher up.
And if you've been focusing on my voice,
Just continue focusing.
And if you ever fall off,
You can't visualize something,
Just do it to the best of your ability.
Now,
On the next level,
Something really opens up.
The air here is just completely different.
It's clearer.
And I want you to notice what happens in your body as you arrive here.
Your chest opens.
Your jaw lets go.
There's a quiet calm here.
Relief.
It's like you stopped waiting for a sign.
Like you've stopped asking for permission to do something,
To take the steps,
To make the call,
To book the thing,
To take the big leap.
This is where courage comes in.
And the thing that makes this place different from everything below it,
It's not what it looks like.
It's what the voice inside of you sounds like here.
It's no longer,
What if this doesn't work?
It's,
What if it does?
So you think about that.
What if it does work?
What if it's already working?
And from this place of courage,
You start to move.
And that's not because you have all the answers,
And it's not because everything is certain.
It's because you have enough.
And the feeling of enough comes from courage,
Knowing that you will never have enough.
But you have enough to take the next step without needing to see the whole path.
So just take a breath from here.
Feel your lungs from this energy of courage,
Of confidence.
And just notice that you're actually feeling this right now.
You can feel it.
You can probably find it somewhere on your body.
This feeling of just good feelings on your body.
And if you,
If you can feel this right now,
And look at that feeling,
Or imagine where it sits on your body,
You can probably also make this feeling grow.
You can make it grow to the other body parts,
Make it expand into your whole body.
This is you literally experience the level of 250,
275 of courage.
And taking steps and acting from this place gives you completely different results than from acting from fear.
So take another step.
Climb a little bit higher.
And this place feels different again.
There's more room,
More ease.
This is the layer where you stop fighting what's in front of you and you start working with it.
This is where problems stop feeling like enemies and they start feeling like simple information.
This is where the performing,
The pushing,
The forcing starts to soften.
And something easier starts to take its place.
The need to make everything happen starts to stop.
And things start to just flow a little bit more.
Things just seem easier.
Take a breath.
Let your hands open and just feel what it feels like to just hold nothing and be completely fine with it.
One more step,
One more climb.
And here is clarity.
It's a vision.
You can see far from this place.
You can start to look at your life 12 months from now and see being excited of where you're gonna be.
You can see the patterns in what you're building and how you perform in yourself with just a sharpness that hasn't been there ever before.
You can see what needs to happen.
You can map it all out.
But even here,
There's a slight distance from things.
You can see life really clearly,
But you're still a little bit outside of it.
And that's fine because on this mountain we're walking today and climbing today,
There's one more step.
And now just take the final step,
The final climb.
And the moment you do,
You might feel it before you can name it.
It's warmer here.
And it's not the warmth of excitement.
It's the warmth of home,
Of everything being okay,
Of nothing needing to be proved and nothing needed to be defended.
This is the place where you perform,
Not because you have to,
But because it's just who you are.
This is the place where money,
Success,
Happiness,
Peace,
Results,
They move completely differently.
And it's not because you're running after them.
It's because who you are and what you're doing are so lined up,
They just come.
The results are just there.
Just look around this place for a moment.
The highest level of this mountain.
I just want you to see yourself here.
Not your best day,
Not your best performance.
Just you.
When no one is watching and everything is already more than enough.
How do you hold yourself here?
How do you move through your day from this place?
How do you relate to the goals that you're achieving?
Not forcing,
Not pushing.
I mean,
Just moving with it.
And now,
I want you to just see this version of yourself,
This level 500 version of yourself in front of you.
And I want you to start walking.
Imagine this version of yourself on the top of this mountain and just start looking at the way you hold yourself,
The way you look,
The way you feel.
And I want you to walk towards that version of yourself.
And as you reach it,
You step in.
Like stepping through a doorway.
Feel how they stand become how you stand.
Feel how they see the world become how you see the world.
And take one slow breath from inside this version of you.
And this is who you are.
Just stay here for a moment longer.
And just start remembering your wins.
Remember the first time you did something and thought,
I can do this.
Remember a moment where everything clicked and you just knew you're on the right path.
And as we're approaching the end of this journey,
Start to look five years into the future.
I want you to also see yourself sitting somewhere you love,
Somewhere that costs what it costs because that's just where you live now.
And you're sitting there looking back.
And you can barely believe how natural it all feels.
How much easier it got once you stopped fighting it.
We remember our wins not to feel proud.
We remember them so we can keep moving in gratitude and peace and excitement rather than force and fear.
Because the limits have always been set by you.
And you've just been reminded of what it feels like to see them differently.
So as you start coming back now,
Just feeling a little bit more confident,
A little bit more at peace,
Maybe with a sense of drive that feels just calm and easy.
Just remembering that everything is perfect right now.
You're exactly,
Exactly where you need to be.
You've taken the time for today.
You've climbed the mountain.
You've experienced the feelings.
You've done your best with what you have in front of you.
And when you open your eyes,
The old limits are going to feel a little bit further away because you're gonna be more pulled by your vision of the future than by the memories of where you have been.
In a moment,
I'm gonna say eyes open.
And when I do,
You're gonna be able to go wide awake and feeling absolutely amazing and ready to go with the clarity of someone who knows it was simply a choice and you have already made it.
So three,
Two,
One,
Eyes open,
Wide awake,
Wide awake.
Feeling absolutely amazing.
