Welcome to this visualization process.
We're going to go through a couple steps to first drop any negative emotions so that we naturally go up into a more neutral or accepting state.
And then from this normal state and we released any negative emotions.
We're going to create a more powerful courageous.
And driving power that you can use for the rest of your day.
In all the manifestation techniques and visualization techniques,
It's all about creating a certain feeling.
And if we take a look at the map of consciousness by Dr.
David Hawkins,
We can see that all of these techniques are made for you to go up the ladder.
But to go up the ladder,
We can't just apply.
Positivity to the situation because positivity does not imply letting something go.
It just applies.
Adding something.
And if you have negative emotions in the background,
Then positivity is going to keep you positive for just a few minutes.
So let's start by a sitting.
I love to be seated up when I do this process.
Because laying down is harder.
More challenging to focus your mind.
Let's just see.
Let's just scan through our body.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Scanning your body for.
The feeling that you currently have.
Without trying anything.
Imagine your best friend is just coming into the room,
Sitting down with you.
Looking you straight into the eyes and asking you.
How do you really feel?
You seeing if you can give this feeling.
Name.
Is it calm?
Anger,
Frustration.
Sadness.
Whatever feeling that you are feeling.
Be a positive neutral or a negative feeling.
See if you can find it where it sits in your body.
I have some pressure over my chest.
See if you can find yours.
I just fully feel this feeling.
I really feel it.
And let the thoughts come up.
This.
Feeling has created.
Or these thoughts which this feeling has been created from.
Let yourself cry and get angry.
Just really feel it.
If it's a good feeling,
Just drown yourself.
With it.
Feel it spread.
Feel it grow.
Hear the thoughts that are connected with them.
And now.
Just ask yourself if you can.
Just let this feeling be in your body.
There's no need.
To let go.
Can I allow this feeling to just be here without trying to fix it?
Change it.
A lot of feelings.
Do not hurt us.
As long as we let them.
Be felt.
When we feel the sadness.
We feel the anger.
That is then shifted into another.
Different emotion.
That is higher up.
On the map of feelings.
So just allowing yourself and asking yourself if you can.
Let this feeling go like could you.
Let this feeling go.
And then the second question would you.
Let this feeling go.
Would you let this feeling go right now?
Now find somewhere on your body.
Maybe in your legs or feet or arms.
Where you can find some really good emotions.
Where does it feel really good on your body?
Just find that spot.
And let it grow.
Let that amazing feeling just grow.
Seeing if you can spread the feeling.
Into all your body parts.
With each breath.
Expanding it.
Making it bigger.
More powerful.
And just seeing if you can put it.
All over your body.
Seeing if the source of the good feeling can spread throughout the body.
And just breathing into it.
And now seeing if you can spread this feeling into the whole room.
Putting this feeling throughout the whole room.
Feeling your heart.
And now finally.
Completely let it go.
At least a good feeling.
Let it go.
Let it go.
Completely.
Imagine that next exciting goal that you have.
If you don't have any goal just imagine.
Anything exciting.
Could be a possibility in your life.
I'll just leave you 30 seconds so you can think about.
What that would be for you.
Now.
Imagine a moment.
That just confirms that this has already happened in your life.
I like to imagine myself.
Sitting in the sofa.
With my partner.
And just seeing my partner.
Telling me.
Wow,
That must feel so amazing.
Now that the goal is reached.
So just imagine yourself at a most casual place maybe in the sofa maybe in the kitchen.
Or out on a walk.
And someone that you care about congratulates you.
Or just.
Talks about what you have already achieved.
Just feel how good it feels.
Feel how proud you are of yourself.
Feel it in your heart.
And the more you visualize this the more you'll probably feel.
Do you trust?
That this is on the way because you already connected.
With this potential future you're already seeing.
This scene play out in your head.
You can just repeat this scene for 20,
30,
40,
50 times.
And again and again.
Until you feel.
Like it's not alive anymore.
Then the final part.
Where I will leave you.
For one minute.
Just to ask yourself.
What is the action that feels the most alive?
From knowing that this is on the way.
