Today we're going to do two different things.
Number one is going through a process.
It's very much inspired from what I talked about last week,
Which is the levels of energy or what Dawkins said about levels of consciousness.
And if you look at it from any performance,
Entrepreneurship,
Creation,
Anything,
If you look at where really good performance is,
It's always high up on the scale.
That means that if you want to perform,
It means you should have a good mental state,
A good internal state.
If you're in frustration,
Anger,
If you're in a place of need where you feel like I need to succeed with this,
I need the profit,
I need the money,
Then you're not going to perform at the same level as you could.
If you were acting from a place of I'm okay,
No matter what.
So this first technique that we're going to do is a technique where if you're already feeling good when you wake up,
When you feel good before your session,
Whatever it is,
Then you start with just half of the half of the technique.
And if you're not feeling good,
We're going to go through all of it.
If you're having any challenges,
If you're having any challenges in your personal life,
In your relationships,
In your finances,
Anywhere,
That is going to show up in your body.
And if that challenge,
This internal resistance is there,
It's going to pull down your levels of energy and that is going to affect your performance a lot.
And especially if you are someone who feels a lot of emotion,
If you are actually in tune with yourself,
This is even more important work to do.
And this is the kind of work I was listening to Frederick Dodson.
He's been teaching this kind of stuff for 30,
40 years.
And this kind of exercise is something he still does after he started teaching it 40 years ago.
And when I look at Joe Dispenza,
Frederick Dodson,
Hawkins,
I look at Tony Robbins,
All of the same thing.
It's about shifting your internal states.
But once you realize how important it is for performance,
For relationships,
For finances,
For even if you look at manifestation techniques,
It's always about keeping a high state.
Because in these manifestation techniques,
We're talking about visualizing your desire.
And when you visualize your desires or the wish fulfilled,
It automatically puts you in a higher state.
So even manifestation techniques or law of attraction or law of detachment,
It's all based on increasing your internal state.
And as a side effect,
It also makes you perform much higher at whatever you do.
So I hope I sold that into you now so you're open to trying this exercise.
So there's six steps.
And if you are not feeling any tension in your body,
If you're not feeling bad whatsoever,
Then you go from just step four and down.
But let's just start.
For both of these,
When you do this yourself at home tomorrow when you wake up,
And I would advise you to do it every day because you're going to have an amazing life.
It's around five to 10 minutes,
Depending on the time that you have.
So you've got to sit up.
Don't sit up in your bed,
Because what we want when we do this exercise is focused attention.
So let's start by taking a deep breath in through your nose,
And I will walk you through step by step,
Taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Slowly out,
One more big breath in,
And slowly,
Slowly out.
And now take the biggest breath you've taken so far today.
Hold.
One more sip in.
And slowly out.
Just feeling the relaxation starting in your body.
Just dropping any tension in your face,
In your jaws,
In your jaw,
Releasing any muscles in your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your chest,
Your stomach,
Your back,
From down to up.
Relaxing your legs.
Relaxing your feet.
One more big breath in is the final one to really release the last part.
If you can,
Just sigh out,
So in,
And out with a sigh.
Just feeling relaxation spreading throughout the body,
Just a little bit.
And now bring up that challenge you're going through in any area of your life,
That challenge that is currently holding down your energy levels.
It could be something nagging in the background,
It could be something very present,
But just try to find it.
Find it where it sits in your body.
Is it in your throat,
Your chest,
Or your stomach maybe?
See if you can focus in on this pain,
But let's call it energy from now on.
See if you can find the energy where it sits.
See if you can find the edges,
If you can materialize or objectify the energy.
Mind sits here around the throat,
And instead of fighting this energy,
Let's just take a deep breath and dive straight into it,
And just focus on this pain.
Make it as big as you can,
Just feel the pain,
And hear the thoughts that are associated with this pain,
This negative energy.
If you need to get angry,
Cry,
Anything,
Just feel it.
Just don't push it away at all,
Just allow it in completely.
When we don't do this,
That's when sickness appears,
That's when stress appears,
That's when unrelated fights with your spouse appears,
Because of emotions that haven't been fully felt and fully expressed.
Just feel this emotion,
Let it grow,
And just see if you can put this energy,
See if you can imagine putting this energy outside of your body,
So it's no longer inside your body.
It can be anywhere,
And the visualization might look in any way,
Just allow whatever you see to be.
As you stay here,
Accepting this emotion,
Just seeing if you can allow this to be,
Not having to fix it,
Not having to push it away,
Not having to even do anything about it,
Just being present with it fully here.
Abraham Hicks says,
External problems are just internal resistance.
It's your inability to accept a negative emotion,
To release it.
So just see if you can fully,
Fully,
Fully accept this emotion being here without having to fix it.
Once it starts to feel a little bit better,
A little bit more neutral,
Just remind yourself that everything is perfect right now.
Every situation,
Every experience has led you to this moment right now.
There's nothing but perfection that led you here,
Into this challenge,
Into this experience,
Into this negative emotion.
And just fully release the negative emotion,
And seeing if you can find anywhere on your body that feels good.
Maybe not around where the pain was,
But try to find it somewhere.
It could be in your legs,
It can be in your hands,
Your arms,
Just seeing if you can find one spot on your body that feels really good.
And once you found that place,
You start deepening your breath,
Breathing in to this feeling.
Just feeling it grow.
And as we're already halfway through,
You might have felt a shift,
And as you let this good feeling grow in your body,
You might already feel a little bit better.
And this is not from faking happiness,
But by releasing sadness,
Releasing negative energy.
What's left is just good energy.
It's always been there.
It just needs to release the negative to see the positive.
So now,
Going into the part where,
If you already woke up feeling amazing,
You don't have to go through that first part.
So the next part is starting to create an image in your mind from what you actually want.
Maybe this negative feeling or emotion is stopping you from getting what you want because you're focusing on a challenge.
Now,
Let's focus on the next exciting goal.
The next exciting goal post.
What I like to do is to just find a place in your mind that doesn't have to be perfect at all.
When I visualize it,
I visualize myself and talking to someone that matters to me.
And we're talking about or they are mentioning me reaching that goal.
And usually for me,
It's just in the sofa.
So you find any spot with any person telling you or congratulating you on achieving the goal that you wanted to achieve.
And this could be a part goal,
Like a smaller goal,
Or it could be the big goal.
It doesn't matter whatever feels right.
So let's just do that and let's repeat this cycle for around three or four minutes.
So just repeating it and repeating it and repeating the same story in your head.
And just remember that this might take a lot of energy.
So if you fall out,
You start again.
If you fall out,
Start again,
Start again,
Start again.
There's no right or wrong,
But just really be there and try to feel the emotions while you're doing it.
And something I like to do is just breathing three seconds in and five seconds out while I'm doing it.
So let's start.
We'll leave you here for a few minutes.
If you fall off,
Just return back to it.
Seeing if you can imagine the joy,
The happiness,
The excitement of that person congratulating you on reaching that goal.
If you drop off,
Just go back to the image.
One more minute.
So there are two things that are going on,
One very logical and one in a more spiritual sense.
When we look at it from the spiritual sense,
What we're doing when we do this visualization is that we are actually looking,
We're seeing a potential future happening.
This is something that can potentially happen.
So we're really just living in that reality.
We're creating that reality with our mind and when we know it's real,
It's much easier to have it happening because we have the belief that it's a potential reality and the belief itself is the driver.
When we look at it from a brain perspective,
What we're doing is,
Well,
By using someone that we care about,
We're creating emotions and this with the goal,
We're associating this goal with positive,
Powerful emotions.
So now we're firing neurons in the brain.
We're making this connection stronger and stronger.
So it also really becomes a potential in our brain,
In our mind.
It's a potential firing of neurons.
So it becomes safe to the nervous system to have this goal playing out and again,
It just gets easier to close the gap.
And from a place of levels of energy,
We've now raised our energy.
And this is where the last step of this practice is to act out this in some sort of an aligned action.
And what I like to do is to either prepare for this goal to come in.
That's one way you can do it.
So that could be if that's if it's a monetary number or something,
It could be just checking out what kind of taxes you're going to pay or what kind of accounts you're going to put it in or anything that prepares for it to come in.
So that is,
Again,
Just closing the gap.
Or what you can do is now,
Because you've been living in this repetition,
This image in your mind,
You can feel that you are in a much more positive and powerful energy.
And now you can just take an aligned action towards this goal that feels right for you right now.
And if you started with a painful feeling,
You can now see how we've been walking up the levels of energy and how you feel much more lighter,
Maybe a little bit more calm,
A little bit more excited from this practice.
And this really brings in any spiritual practice,
Any visualization practice,
Any manifestation practice,
Any nervous system practice,
And it's all in one.
So you don't really need any other techniques.
So now let's just sit for another few minutes and not try to do anything,
But simply just sit in this feeling.
And just feel the proudness for yourself,
Showing up for yourself,
Giving yourself some love,
Especially if you haven't given yourself any love lately.
Sometimes,
Because I'm a man,
I don't give myself too much love,
So I just love going against that resistance and just imagining myself giving myself just a hug.
