Welcome to this morning's visualization.

Visualization is a powerful tool if you want to achieve your goals by feeling the feelings before it has happened,

By choosing a reality with your thought and pulling it towards you with your emotions.

I like to look at it on different planes.

We have the 3d reality which is physical and in the 3d reality we have rules.

Even if God is calling you,

You still have to pick up the phone.

We have the 4th dimension which according to science is without time.

That's your thoughts because you can be anywhere at any time.

There's no time.

Then we have the 5th dimension which is no time,

No space.

So there's nowhere to be and that's where you can only feel.

This is frequency,

This is feeling,

This is emotions.

So today we're gonna work on every different plane.

We're gonna start with your thoughts and your physical body.

So let's just start by taking a deep breath in through your nose.

Knowing that everything is more than perfect right now.

Everything is already unfolding for you and this visualization is just for you to enjoy.

Just feeling your body relaxing.

Taking a big breath in,

The deepest one you've taken so far.

Relaxing your body.

Letting go of any thoughts.

Letting go of any feelings.

Letting go of any thoughts.

Returning to neutral stance.

And just relaxing your face.

Relaxing your jaws.

And just joining if you need to.

Relaxing your arms.

Sighing if you need to.

Relaxing.

Noticing your body becoming more relaxed.

Noticing your chest.

Your arms.

Relaxing your back.

Your lower back.

All the way through your stomach.

Seeing if you can relax your whole lower body parts.

Your legs and your feet at the same time.

Seeing if you can relax your whole lower body parts.

Your upper body all at the same time.

And just allowing yourself to fully relax all the way down.

I'm going to count down from five.

And at zero you fall into a deeper relaxed state.

Just count down with me.

Just repeat after me.

Five.

Four.

Two.

More.

Just allowing yourself to go fully.

Allowing yourself to get even more comfortable.

Even more relaxed.

And now finding yourself.

At the moment.

Where your biggest desire.

Has already been hit.

We're talking hit a month ago.

Two months ago.

And just outside walking.

And someone that you know stops you.

And this person.

Just wants to ask you about how you hit that goal.

How did you do it?

They heard it on the street or someone told them.

They want to congratulate you and ask you how you did it.

So you see yourself in this moment.

Being grateful.

Stopped.

Feeling what you want to answer.

In this moment and feel.

Whatever you need to feel.

Now coming back to your body.

Letting that thought go.

What we've just done.

Is tapped into one of those potential realities with our thoughts.

We reach for it with our thoughts.

Since there's no time.

We can go there directly.

Now what we're gonna do.

Is use our feeling.

And their thoughts.

To find the reality we want.

And magnetize that reality.

Magnetize it towards us.

By feeling it already in the now.

Because the bigger the goal is.

The bigger it feels the further away it will be.

But if we can feel these emotions right now.

We're normalizing feeling this way.

We're neutralizing the goal so that it does not feel.

Like it's so far away.

And so far up.

So now.

Go back.

To this reality.

And imagine yourself sitting next to.

Your partner or one of your best friends.

Or maybe even your parents,

Sister,

Brother.

Imagine you're sitting.

At the dinner table.

And this person that you love asks you.

How did you do it?

How did you.

Hit that goal?

And instead of answering.

Just feel the emotions.

And starting breathing three seconds in.

Five seconds out.

This will enhance the emotions.

Just feel the proudness.

Happiness.

And any other emotions.

I'll just leave you here.

Keep breathing.

And just continue feeling these emotions.

And once you feel ready.

Just drop the thought.

And put the feeling around your heart.

And just feel it in your body.

Rather than thinking about it.

Just stay in the fifth dimension of emotion.

Where there's no time.

Where there's no space.

Just feel the frequency.

The feeling.

Feeling spreading.

Throughout your body.

For every cell of your body.

And if it's not spreading yet.

Just feel and find a place in your body.

Where you have a good sensation.

And just let that sensation spread.

Maybe it's in your arms.

Your legs.

Maybe your chest.

Just find that spot.

And let it spread with your breathing.

And as we've now used our thoughts.

To choose the reality.

We've used our emotions to pull it towards us.

Now.

We want to find one aligned action.

We want to take today.

So just by sitting here for a couple of minutes.

Ask yourself.

What do I want to do today?

It could be an act.

As if.

Which is where you.

Simply just close the gap.

Between who you are now.

And that future reality.

It's like building the stadium.

Before the guests arrive.

Seeing if there's anything in your life that will be different from now and then.

And doing that thing now.

Already before it has happened.

Preparing for the new reality to come in.

Or.

It could simply be something that sounds and feels exciting.

Even if it doesn't make sense.

With your goal.

So you sit.

With a question.

What do I feel inspired to do today?

Just allowing yourself to receive your aligned action.

Even if the aligned action is doing nothing.

And it's the perfect aligned actions to take.

Just allowing yourself to come back to your body.

Back to your senses.

Just again.

Reminding you that everything is more than perfect right now.

You are more than perfect right now.

So just allow this day to be fantastic.

And allow it to be part of your play.

Towards your biggest desires.
