Thank you for joining me today.
What we're going to be doing is standing in a power stance.
So if you are in a safe space to do so,
I'd like to invite you at this time to stand up.
We're going to be standing with our feet shoulder width distance apart.
So once you get into that position,
Firmly root your feet into the ground.
Once you feel as though you have that nice strong foundation,
Go ahead and make sure that your knees are stacked in line with your ankles.
Your hips are stacked in line with your knees.
Engage your core.
So tighten your core muscles,
But maintain the nice even breathing that you've been doing.
And once you have all of those things in line,
We're going to go ahead and broaden your chest.
So to do this,
Roll your shoulders back gently so that you're able to shine your chest forward.
And now for the final touch,
Tip your chin back ever so slightly so that you're just a little bit more than parallels.
So maybe like a fingernail distance more than parallel to the surface that you're standing on.
You are standing with immaculate posture,
Which is always great because if you've noticed,
Sometimes when you are fearful or nervous,
We can tend to round our shoulders forward because that is a position of comfort for some of us,
But it's also a position of being disempowered.
So we're going to try our best today to avoid being in that position.
So now that you're standing firmly rooted in your power,
Let's go ahead and say a few affirmations.
I am standing in my authentic power.
I stand in my power with confidence and with grace.
I let my positive light shine through in everything that I do.
It feels natural for me to stand with immaculate posture.
Whenever I am feeling disempowered,
I have the power to choose to shift my energy.
Now let's breathe life into those positive words.
Inhale fully,
Exhale fully.
You are the master of your day.
