This talk is designed to ignite your creativity and passion for life.

If you are lacking enthusiasm,

Motivation,

Encouragement and are feeling flat,

Burnt out,

Deflated or lost,

Take your time to listen to this talk and find some relief,

Reassurance,

Inspiration and guidance that will help you through this moment in life.

It will not take much effort to listen to this talk,

However,

Your mind,

Like the sponge that it is,

Will absorb the information,

Techniques,

Advices and positive influence without you having to put in any effort.

Your brain will appreciate the mental massage it will be receiving in the next few minutes.

Allow the words to wash over you and reassure you that you are making the right choices as to what you are feeding your mind.

A life full of positive,

Creative thoughts that lead to positive and impactful actions is a more rewarding life experience.

Learning how to enhance your imagination to create scenarios that are pleasant to experience,

As well as finding new and innovative ways to make your dreams come true,

To express yourself in the world,

Is what this meditation and talk will focus on.

You can choose to use this audio as an inspiration on a daily,

Weekly or monthly basis,

Knowing that repetition is a surefire way to embed a new skill and develop your creative thinking.

Let's discover together how to invent and evolve ideas.

Remember that the first part is clearing your mind of as many thoughts as possible.

Allow yourself to become an artist with a blank canvas.

This is not about intelligence,

Intellectual thinking,

Psychology,

Logic,

Status or what you feel you should be doing or focusing on.

Setting aside any regular issues,

Worries or recurring thoughts allows you to make the space and time now to explore your options of an artistic,

Creative and individual style of life.

Say to yourself,

Now is the time for a new design to come forward.

Tell your mind that you are creating a time and space for new thoughts and ideas to come forward and anything in the outside world can be taken care of later.

If any unwanted thoughts pop into your head during this talk or meditation,

Address them politely.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention,

If it is important and for my benefit,

You can bring it to my attention again at the end of this meditation.

Let it go,

Take a breath and begin again.

You can start training your mind with a few questions.

For example,

What am I most grateful for today?

Take a moment to visualise the people,

Circumstances and scenarios that have brought you a good feeling over the past few hours,

Days,

Weeks and months.

Focus on these memories or visions and explore how your body feels whilst you think these thoughts.

Let's go further.

Start to let these visions fade and try your best to enhance and amplify the feelings and sensations in your body.

Now feeling the appreciation for the past,

Start to increase your level of passion and explore imagining other scenarios that are in line with this feeling of appreciation.

What other circumstances in your life could bring about these feelings of wellness,

Accomplishment appreciation and overall contentment?

Take a breath and let your mind relax.

This is a skill that will become easier and easier as time passes and as you practice more and more.

Learning to train your mind to create fun scenarios in your imagination is the first part of the ability to create a life that you want to live.

Start with small moments and work up to the most fanciful scenarios.

Be passionate about what you are imagining and visualise yourself in the scenario.

Make sure to explore the feelings you have in your body.

Try to feel yourself in those created imaginary moments.

Now use your innate genius to create the steps you would need to take from your present life to your imagined scenario.

Have fun with this part.

The more fanciful,

Crazy,

Wacky,

Creative,

Innovative,

Far-fetched,

Unrealistic and playful these thoughts are,

The more you will enjoy the process,

The less you will judge yourself and you will start to demonstrate to yourself that you are capable of the act of creation.

Allow yourself to daydream.

Switch off all your previous education and let yourself return to a childlike,

Playful,

Carefree and open way of looking at life.

Sometimes advancing requires us to take a step back and invent new ways of creating our future.

Whatever the scenario is,

Remember you are imagining how your life would change,

What steps you would need to take in order to go from your current reality to your imagined dream scenario.

This is an exercise.

It's not about actually making the journey or taking those steps,

So you can take the pressure off yourself and just enjoy the process.

The trick will be that eventually,

And most likely sooner rather than later,

Your mind will somehow sink into the reality of the now and create something similar to what you have imagined and you will find yourself in an imagined experience but in your reality.

I can speak from personal experience.

The hardest part about accepting this skill is understanding that my imagination,

As vivid as I would like it to be,

Is still limited in its ability to create scenarios that are for my highest good.

Accepting that what happens in real life,

Accepting that it's actually better than what I could have imagined,

Is where myself and others sometimes fall down.

Let's go back a step.

One way to set up yourself to visualise a future scenario is to start with feeling your body in order to switch off the mind.

Feel your skin and now as you breathe in,

Imagine you are allowing your skin to slip off your body.

Imagine it sliding to the floor and your muscles becoming exposed to the air.

You feel safe,

You feel warm and comfortable.

Now imagine your muscles losing all tension and slipping off your bones and they fall onto the floor as well.

You are still sitting or laying in a comfortable position and now the fun part.

Imagine your bones disconnecting from each other and slowly sliding down to lay on top of your skin,

Muscles and other body parts.

Now take a feel of what is left.

This is the essence of you,

Your soul,

Your personality,

Your energy.

With this freedom,

No body,

Only energy,

Where do you want to travel to?

Who do you want to travel with?

What experiences do you want to live through?

What feelings do you want to feel?

How do you want to spend your time?

Take your time.

Remember what thoughts arise,

Observe them without judgement and log them into your memory for when you come back to the present moment.

Take a slightly deeper breath in and ask yourself,

Are you ready to accept a new reality when you put back on your bones,

Your muscles,

Body parts and skin?

Because a new reality is coming,

One of your creation,

One you are going to choose to align with.

Take your time,

Continue to breathe and without effort,

Let your energy flow smoothly like your breath and allow your imagination to be shown new visions.

Become curious about what you might be moving towards in the future.

Allow yourself glimpses of visions,

Listen to the sounds.

It might be the sound of yourself laughing with joy.

Whatever comes to mind,

However humble or grand the vision is,

Just go with it.

View these creations with curiosity.

Be compassionate towards this skill of outside-the-box thinking.

Remember to try and switch off intellect and go with something more that is daydreaming or storytelling,

Experimenting with how and what you imagine creates sensations in your body.

These sensations are opportunities for you to learn about how you feel in these imagined and created experiences.

The stronger the emotions,

The more you are practicing to live them in your real life.

Creative thinking is an art form.

Art forms cannot be corrected.

There are many techniques and resources that can be used in order to create the imagined vision.

And in reality,

It can be a lot of fun.

Sometimes it's easier to simplify a process,

So let's summarise.

If you are not feeling any passion for life,

It might be time to start addressing what your options are.

What can you let go of in order to bring about more peace,

More free time and more energy,

All of which you are going to be directing to the new life you are preparing?

Understand that you are releasing energy in order to recycle it into your future.

Practice and enjoy the time you set aside to daydream,

And explore how wonderful your life can be,

How wonderful it is.

It's good to take time to realise just how much is available to you right now that is in line with all your hopes,

Dreams and desires.

It might be that you needn't change anything.

It might be that with practice you start to recognise that everything you daydream of is in your life right now,

In one way or another.

Just take a moment like this one to train your mind to recognise,

Appreciate,

Perceive,

Realise,

See and honour the life you have as it is.
