Where Silence Speaks is a guided unfolding into the Presence of Awareness. Each insight is a pointer to a Truth beyond identification with limitation. Each is a key to a doorway that brings deeper clarity and understanding, that which opens one to the expansive Presence of one's true nature, conscious Awareness.

In non-duality we identify not as a person.

We come to recognize through our meditations the spacious freedom of that beyond a limited body-mind identity and that freedom is the grounded presence of one's innate being,

Conscious awareness.

There is never a moment when one is not aware.

Any sense of doubt around this is simply the traffic of a finite mind whose reality is objectified clouding the light of one's true essence,

Infinite conscious being.

Do I or don't I?

Once we have transcended the limitations and hesitations of the fearful or doubtful ego and take the leap we open ourselves effortlessly like a lotus flower into the light of infinite grace where all becomes one of absolute knowing for we have let go of all which limits and restricts and now one is the embodiment and momentum of love,

Peace,

Ease,

Wholeness,

Wisdom,

Creativity,

Spontaneity and joy,

All of which are the grounded nature of one's infinite self.

The certainty of recognizing our true selves is not something that is difficult.

In fact it is very simple.

If we are willing to let go of our identity,

Concepts,

Narratives and personal beliefs to discover that which is incomprehensible,

Indivisible and unchanging,

Present,

Spacious,

Formless and unborn.

Where one's specific capacities arise from is unknowable in conventional terms.

What we do recognize though is that which is beyond space and time,

Beyond thought,

That which is inseparable and spontaneous as the essence of one's being,

The very nature of one's spontaneous existence.

In all activities be conscious of one being both the observer and that being observed.

Finite mind is a temporary appearance in conscious awareness.

So is one's body,

The world one perceives and all within it.

What is not temporary is the presence of the eternal light of the heart.

One is the very core of inseparable being which is having an appearance of a finite body-mind belief in what most unconsciously believe as in this lifetime.

One will come to recognize the light of the infinite being in their meditations where one's intelligence,

Insights,

Power and the miracles of the infinite beyond will be an open book to you.

Life is not happening to you.

You are not participating in a life.

One is the sole creator of what one perceives as life.

One is simply a temporary appearance,

A body-mind identity.

All is a finite appearance which vanishes the instant one falls asleep.

When one awakens from deep sleep there in one's perceiving is in an apparent new life unique to one's conscious presence in the now.

Conscious presence has not changed.

What has is one's appearance as this,

One's perceived life as it is now.

We are conditioned to use one's perceiving to hold to what appears.

Then we discriminate or judge saying this is good or bad rather than recognizing that whatever appears is simply a unique expression of one's awareness and whatever this is is perfectly valid and relevant.

For whatever appears is always finite and it,

Like all other appearances before it,

Will return to source presence of its arising in separable awareness.

As children one's purer awareness becomes a limited,

Identified,

Localized and personalized.

So we become a person,

A him or a her,

A she or them,

A mine or they,

A there or here.

When in fact the pure heart of conscious being,

The very core of one's essential nature,

Is limitless,

Boundless,

Formless,

Spacious and all-inclusive.

One is the unchanging background awareness in which all activities,

All perceiving,

All experiences and points of view arise.

To deny this is to choose the limitations of a finite body and mind identity.

If one feels the slightest tension,

Stress or pressure,

This is resistance to what is.

Not accepting the flow of now is to create suffering and dis-ease.

Acceptance of that which is,

Is the state of pure conscious presence,

Ease and freedom.

Ask yourself,

Does the water in a flowing mountain stream resist the direction of flow or the momentum of gravity supporting it?

No.

So why should you?

Remember,

The flow one is experiencing is the direction in life that one is self-manifesting,

That one has created,

Either consciously or unconsciously.

One is the sole creator of their reality.

Remember,

You are not a person.

You are formless,

Boundless and eternal.

So nothing can or ever will happen to you,

For the real in you is spacious,

Non-physical and unknowable.
