This series of spoken affirmations continues the journey into deeper awareness, to that which liberates from all that limits or binds. With supportive bansuri flute music, the listener is taken on a self-recognition awakening, into the widening reality of the Truth of one's Being, inseparable awareness. These affirmations are an addition to the existing series already published, to date, Parts 1-8. There is no effort required here, simply relax and remain open without expectation or attachment, for these Truths take the listener to a field of recognition beyond all personal identifications, to an inner-freedom recognized when the listener is not the 'person'. Treat each as an individual meditation; there is no need to rush here, take each as a separate teaching.

Affirmations of the natural mind,

Number nine.

The quiet joy of being a no one,

Going nowhere,

Needing no thing.

Recognizing what is timelessly present as the heart of oneness,

Inseparable awareness,

One's essential and timeless being.

Awakening is not something you achieve,

But that which is recognized when one stops doing and resisting,

And this is the death of the ego's separate self-identity.

One is awareness within which all life appears,

There is a no one who seeks anyone,

For that one has fallen silent in self-recognizing.

What is prior to the seeker,

Prior to the practice,

And even prior to the one who claims understanding?

When these recognitions land,

They don't add something new,

As quietly removed what one has been relying upon as personal belief.

You were never a person born in time and space,

One is formless,

Conscious awareness.

One is what the seeker appears in and as,

Inseparable awareness.

Mind wants to be a seeker with a journey,

A becoming,

And this is the illusion that a sense of identification of more will bring relief,

Satisfaction,

Happiness or awakening.

Instead of more,

One becomes weighed down,

So becomes less,

Bound by doing,

Seeking,

Wanting,

Desiring and participating,

The more doing,

The less being.

There is nothing to practice except the clear seeing of the illusion itself,

That which desires more,

To know more,

To achieve more,

To accomplish more,

And to understand.

Mind will never be convinced that less is more,

For the conditioning of more is habitual.

The truest sense of spiritual teachings is not one understood,

But recognized.

Mind will grasp for the truth.

The heart is the known truth.

Heart is the felt truth.

Recognize that which one formlessly is,

Prior to all thoughts,

Senses and experiences.

Once this awareness is recognized,

The one seeking falls away.

If it's true peace and stillness that one wants to recognize,

Then don't give mind the satisfaction of something else.

The very voice that is measuring one's spiritual progress,

Is the same voice that is preventing one's self-awareness,

Realization,

Freedom.

Comparisons hold us in a state of object-subject,

And this is the nature of the separate self,

The state of duality,

Which is the cause of all personal suffering.

One cannot understand their way to peace,

Harmony,

Or happiness.

Spirituality is not a mental project.

Beingness cannot be understood,

Only recognized.

All that one has used to navigate their lives up to now,

Cannot be applied to self-recognizing.

Understanding will never be the doorway to one's lasting happiness or contentment.

One cannot plan for their lasting happiness or joy,

For that arises spontaneously in the now.

Peace comes from the collapse of the one who wants to understand,

The collapse of the ego,

Identity itself.

There is no right technique or any particular method or study that will bring one's direct self-recognition.

Peace has never been waiting for one's discovery.

Knowledge fades in the light of one's abiding being.

Understanding is of the finite physical mind.

Self-recognizing is of the formless,

Natural mind of inseparable awareness.

No looking,

No seeking,

No desiring,

No doing.

Be still and silent for short periods,

Many times each day.

Peace is recognized when the one looking or desiring disappears,

And their present abiding peace.

Seeking peace will eventually point back to the recognition that one has never left it.

We are trying to find ourselves in a place we were never actually located in.

You are not in the world,

So where are you?

You are not an object that can be located anywhere,

Anytime.

You are pure awareness,

Free,

Dimensionless,

Eternal,

Boundless.
