
Already Here: An Effortless Awareness Meditation
This meditation offers a gentle invitation to rest as the awareness that is already here. After a brief settling, the practice unfolds primarily in silence, allowing space for experience to arise and pass naturally. There is nowhere to get to and nothing to attain. Thoughts, sensations, emotions, and sounds are welcome exactly as they are. Drawing from non-dual contemplative traditions, this practice points toward the simple recognition of the open awareness in which all experience appears. Suitable for both new and experienced meditators, particularly those drawn to presence, self-inquiry, and silent meditation.
