Hello there and welcome to this meditation that is designed to help you in your life position in relation to your thoughts and your daily experience here on earth.
The experience you have is held within your body.
Your awareness and consciousness is something different to your day-to-day emotions.
They are all components of a wider picture that we call your life here on earth.
I would say to you now,
Relax into your body,
Breathe in light into your lungs and breathe out negativity.
You can do this just by setting your intention to breathe out negativity.
Say to yourself,
I call on my highest helpers and guides to bring light into my body now.
Relax deeper.
Feel the love of spirit around you.
Notice energy moving around your body.
Locate your conscious mind.
Your conscious mind is not the same as your consciousness.
It's a bit like your attention but it isn't the same thing.
Your conscious mind is the narrowest part of your awareness.
So when you concentrate,
That's your conscious mind.
Emotions of energy rarely sit within the conscious mind.
Consider that behind this lays your consciousness.
This is related to the content of this meditation.
But for now,
Please make friends with all notions or emotions of energy within your body.
Tune into your feeling of joy.
If you do not know how,
Just allow that feeling,
That higher feeling to come to you now.
Recall on your higher self now.
The diamond white light comes in for you.
An ice white light that has been around many of us.
We are going to work with a law that is very commonly known within our spiritual circles.
This is the law of opposites or polarity.
Your position in relation to these can mean the difference between being happy or working on your happiness.
Your ability to navigate and remain content as you go forwards into the new year is going to be very important for many of us.
Let's consider the opposites of abundance which is lack.
Lack is an opposite of abundance.
It can be a thought from the unconscious.
It can be an energy being circulated around our societies worldwide.
Lack.
Call on your highest helpers and guides to clear any lack entirely from your mind and body experience across all dimensions,
Time and space.
This can happen unconsciously.
As my words are enough,
There is enough magic in these words to clear this from your mind and body experience across all dimensions,
Time and space.
And as I say this,
It happens without you necessarily knowing.
And even when I am not saying to clear this from your mind and body experience,
It is happening now.
So align me to energies that are abundant and entirely of my highest good.
Throughout the day we can be prone to be drawn into what is right and what is wrong.
The opinion that this is right and that is wrong is a polarity.
Whilst being right and aligned to your highest good and knowing that there is a truth and a fundamental benefit to what you are saying is different to just being right because that's the fact of fact.
When people engage with this kind of thinking they are leaving little room for the expanded awareness of consciousness within their experience.
There is another way.
When we connect to the light and we do not dive into our thinking,
We can hold our position differently.
Understanding that all of these notions,
These material ideals are free flow.
And as we see opinions in media and between friends and within the white place,
We know that definitions of fact can be very subjective.
And we have seen this in our recent history that to uphold one side or the other is to uphold the same thing.
They are in fact the same energy.
And whilst we look at polarity as two different energies,
They are in fact at source from the same life entering energy.
They come from the same source as all life on earth.
Just recognising this is enough to take you to an expanded state of awareness.
And the more you listen to this audio,
The more you will integrate this into your experience day to day.
Of course,
All in line with your highest good.
Let's consider now love and hate.
You may say that you love a person.
You might say that you hate another person.
But in the true form of energy,
We can say that always aim for the positive.
We must always aim for the positive.
And to bring order from chaos in our lives,
It is important that we always do this.
But to understand that hate is the same energetically as love is a very different way of looking at things.
And I say things meaning that they are actual things.
As are all of our emotions and perceptions.
When we say that externally something is materially real,
Then it is something that is within our existence.
It does exist.
Much like the polarity of hot and cold.
If you can consider a thermometer.
The thermometer can be hot to the point that water boils.
It can be hot to the point that water freezes.
Yet it is still the same water.
It is at an opposite end of the scale.
And the scale now within you towards all polarities in your life are becoming more balanced.
Your view and position in relation to the outside world.
When you are subjected to the energy of polarities in the collective,
In the human collective,
You now take on a new position.
You call on the light fundamentally.
And it comes into your mind and body experience.
A nice translucent blue fluid light now is enveloping in and around you.
And your auric energy field is growing more and more as I speak.
You call on the light to extinguish the dark.
Because you will feel better when you hold the light.
We do this via our intention.
I call on the light into my mind and body experience now.
I dissolve the dark from my mind and body experience now.
Across all dimensions,
Time and space.
I absolve and dissolve any agreement to uphold the dark anyway.
The light is mighty and it is powerful.
As we call on the 7th dimension and the 9th dimension.
And the 9th dimension bringing in highly powerful and connected energies to you now via your third eye.
I position you with your highest guide.
If you have one,
A 9th dimensional guide.
Or a 7th dimensional guide for you now.
Appearing as an image for you to see.
Whatever the form of this infinite version of you is,
It is there to assist and help you.
And comes to you with love and light.
And navigating which polarity to choose.
Where to position yourself in relation to the outside world as the politics take hold.
You transcend the polarity of politics.
And you do so with the help of your spirit.
Any negativity that you may have been feeling because of this or feelings of fear.
I leave in your mind and body experience now.
This is like magic for me.
And my assistance to you.

And as your guide is there now.
All of a sudden you see a miraculous scene.
You see a path open before you.
And that is from the spirit.
They really do have a say on what takes place upon the earth plane.
And the pathway before you is looking very good right now.
We have just changed time and space together.
And this is the timeline you are now on.
The timeline of the light.
As we bring this to the earth plane together.
We send out peace to the world.
To the four corners of the globe.
Or the flat earth.
That's another polarity isn't it.
We send out light to all of our humanity.
