So take in a deep breath.
And slowly release.

Breathe in.
Filling your belly.

Allow yourself to fully arrive.
That's what I'm talking about.

Let's settle into our three count breath.
And as we enhance.
Inhale gratitude.
Inhale for 3.

Four and exhale four three 2 1 again inhale 4,

1 Hold for 3.
And exhale,

And once more,
Inhale.
Hold.
And that's it.
Now just allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm.
And as this new day begins.
Notice the gifts present in your life at this time.
Worthy of appreciation.
The breath moving through your body.
The promise of a new day.
The nourishment of your body.
Your mind.
And your soul.
And as we enter into stillness together.
I invite you.
To notice.
And acknowledge.
What you are grateful for.
Go ahead and take a mental gratitude lesson.
And after every gift.
Repeat within.
Thank you.
My breath.
Thank you.
And breathe.
My health.
And breathe.
People you love.
Thank you.
Sounds great.
And so on.
Thank you.
Allow the words to settle.
If your mind wanders.
Simply turn your focus back to your gratitude and your breath.
Think to yourself.
My creative mind.
Thank you.
And blue.
Thank you.
And breathe.
Allow gratitude to fill you.
From your head.
To your toes.
As you move into this day.
May you notice.
The simple.
And big gifts of your life.
And this with each acknowledgement.
