Good morning.
As you settle in for your morning practice,
Take a few moments to arrange your body any way that feels good to you.
Allow the eyes to gently close and begin to slowly turn the attention inward.
Please take note of your body breathing.
Noticing the natural rhythm as the air flows in and out of your body.
Feeling your physical form present here in this moment.
Let's set a simple intention for today.
Knowing it doesn't have to be something super profound or big.
It could be as simple as,
I will move with grace today.
I will take time to pause.
I will meet this day with openness.
If one of those resonates,
Go ahead and grab a hold of it.
If not,
Find your own intention.
I invite you to repeat your intention three times.
You can do this silently or aloud.
Become tuned in to the pattern of breathing.
The gentle ebb and flow that naturally happens as your body breathes itself.
Notice if the body is craving any gentle movements.
Rolling the neck,
Stretching,
Rolling the wrists or ankles.
Just take what you need.
Let's take a big inhale together.
Full inhale,
Completely filling up.
And then release it out.
Thank you for taking a moment to set an intention to ground and find a moment of presence as you begin this new day.
Take good care.
Be well.
