Andrea invites you to pause, to breathe, and to listen—to yourself, to your body, and to the quiet wisdom within. Her meditations offer a space of refuge, a place where you are held with gentleness and deep compassion. Here, there is no rush, no need to be anything other than who you are in the present moment. Healing is not about fixing; it is about remembering—uncovering the wholeness that has always been within you. With two decades of experience as a clinical mental health counselor, trauma-conscious yoga teacher, and iRest Yoga Nidra practitioner, Andrea provides a steady, safe presence for those seeking embodied ease. She believes that transformation happens when you meet yourself with kindness, honoring your own pace and allowing self-compassion to guide the way. You are worthy of rest. You are worthy of healing. You are already whole. May these meditations be a light on your path, gently guiding you home to yourself. Andrea is honored to share this journey with you.

I enjoyed this morning, seated 'yoga nidra' very much. I prefer 'polite' or clinical words for body parts. But I am Old School so pay me no mind :) Thank you 🙏🏻💞

I fell asleep the first time I listened to this. This second I am definitely more calm. I found the teacher’s voice supportive. I appreciated the reminder that I am supported and can’t do this meditation wrong. Thank you for sharing this calming meditation.
