Hello everyone,

My name is Steve Fisher.

This meditation is to get past the pangs of hunger.

After you've eaten,

After you've had a healthy meal and you're waiting for that signal to get from your stomach to your brain,

Those few minutes that it takes for that response to kick in.

If we talk about food,

We'll think about food.

And so now we are going to focus our mind on the energy that was within us to the meal that we've just had.

And we're going to be thinking about that in energetic terms.

Having a light within us and shifting that energy throughout our entire body,

Merging with the meal that we have eaten,

Allowing it to nourish our body,

To feed us and to keep us complete,

Whole in every way.

As we do this,

We are going to breathe in through our nose,

Feeling our diaphragm and our lungs,

Breathing out through our mouth.

Nice long,

Slow breaths.

Notice that any feeling that was in your stomach is diminishing with every breath.

As you continue to breathe,

Shift your awareness to your neck,

Just allowing yourself to stretch,

Allowing yourself to move healing to that area.

And then bring your energy to your shoulders and your arms,

Your chest and stomach.

Notice as your attention is moving down past your hands and past your hips,

And it's moving down your legs,

Past your knees,

Down your shins.

And that you're feeling this relaxation going past your feet with everything in alignment.

Taking another deep breath in through your nose,

Holding briefly and letting go through the mouth.

Notice how relaxing that is.

And notice the more that you shift your focus,

The more energized,

Complete that you feel.

Continue to breathe deeply,

Being aware of what it is that your body needs,

But also being aware that this feeling that you feel may simply be an automatic response.

Notice that you are now intentional,

Being in full control of your body and your feeling.

You might hear some sounds of protest and that's simply your body letting yourself know that it is still here.

Think your stomach,

Think the meal for being here.

And if you were still hungry after this meditation concludes,

Know that it's okay that you give your body what it needs that is most beneficial for your health,

For your weight,

For the energy of your mind,

And for the quality of your life.

And also know that you have the power,

The willpower,

The ability to be in control of your own biology.

Simply issuing whichever command that you wish to issue,

Knowing that your body will find hollow and complete whichever task that you give it.

Continue to breathe,

Letting go any tension,

Any stress.

Imagine you're done.

Allow that feeling to focus to the very core of your stomach,

Imagining a light forming.

Enjoying that warmth,

Enjoying that light as it becomes brighter.

As you continue to breathe,

Notice that that sensation is growing brighter.

Just enjoy the sensation of feeling that light,

Feeling gratitude,

Imagining that light entering every bit of the meal you just consumed.

Feeling that light being imparted to every cell in your body.

Feeling that energy within yourself,

Feeling completely relaxed.

Just continue to breathe,

Noticing how it is you feel,

Knowing that you feel better.

It's okay to come back to this meditation anytime that you need it and make sure that you allow yourself plenty of time to come up to feel yourself rejoining this space in this time.

Oh,

If you want,

Stretch,

Notice how good it feels just to be relaxed and just to be comforted.

Thank you for being here.

Thank you for your follows and thank you for your feedback.

Your support is greatly appreciated as it helps me continue to do this type of work.

And I hope this meditation has been helpful to you.

My name is Steve Fisher and this meditation is complete.
