Hello everybody.

I'd like to take this meditation to just create a comfortable,

A quiet,

A safe space of silence that will allow us to reach in,

To connect to,

To hear our very own voice.

Not the voice that we speak with,

With that inner intuition,

That spirit,

That guide.

Some people even say that that's the voice of God.

Whatever you call it,

It's a voice that rarely speaks.

It's a voice that carries no fear.

It's a voice that is comforting in nature.

And it's a voice that tends to be always right.

It's that voice that we always say,

I should have listened to.

So let's take a moment and connect to that voice.

Taking the simple steps of shifting our focus,

Finding a spot on the wall,

Focusing on our breath.

Anything allows you to quiet your thoughts,

To connect with this moment and to let go of everything else.

Just take a moment and feel the energy shifting through our body,

Allowing relaxation to move from the top of our head down through every muscle group,

Every individual muscle,

Even every cell,

Scanning our entire body,

Going down our chest,

Going down our arms,

Feeling it in our hands and our waist and abdomen.

Going all the way down through our body,

Through our legs,

Down past our knees,

Past our shins,

Past our feet.

Feeling that relaxation coming to your presence.

And notice as you focus on what it is you are focusing on,

Any thought that comes up,

Any feeling,

Just notice that.

Come back to this beautiful place of calm.

Take a few minutes now to just enjoy the quiet.

Realizing anything that pops up,

Anything that you hear.

Letting it go.

Letting your body even relax even more.

Coming up with gratitude for this silence.

As you enter this relaxed space,

The space of connection,

Simply ask yourself whatever question you prefer.

Or seek whatever guidance that you are seeking.

Notice if there is any response that you hear.

I ask myself the question,

How are you feeling?

Notice more,

There's the question,

How are you?

And the response that I seem to get a knowing of,

The response that I seem to get a sensation of is,

I am fine.

Some people hear similar phrases.

Someone shared with me that they were given the perception that it will be okay.

It's a place of calmness,

A place of peace.

As you continue to breathe in,

Repeat to yourself the words that you received.

For me,

I'll be telling myself that I am fine.

It will be okay.

Notice how your energy feels at this moment.

And just allow yourself to focus on the simple things in life.

Knowing that there's very little you can do about some things.

And simply being present is one of the most important things that you can do.

Continuing to breathe.

And just being present is one of the most important things that you can do about some things.

Allow yourself to open your eyes and to stretch your fingers.

Whenever you are ready,

Allow yourself to take any time that you need to stretch your muscles and bring with you this amazing connection,

This feeling,

This calm that you connected to.

And just share that with the world.
