The Lion's Gate Portal, which peaks on August 8th, is known as a time of heightened alignment, clarity, and energetic download. Sitting at the edge of the Atlantic for this practice was an invitation to let the ocean's own rhythm mirror the opening, expansion, release, and a return to what's essential.
