And so we'll do a quick little breathing exercise where we inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
We'll do 20 breaths.
This is called 20 breaths of joy.
It'll sound like this.
And we hold that fifth breath and then we exhale and we come back and do it again.
This is a cleansing,
Cleansing breath.
So if you're comfortable,
We'll begin in 5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Hold that breath and exhale through the mouth.
We'll come back to the breath again in 5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Hold that breath and release.
We'll begin again in 5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Hold that breath and release through the mouth.
Final round in 5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Hold that breath and then let it go through the mouth and simply breathe normally and naturally,
Keeping the eyes crossed in the middle of the forehead,
Observing any sensations in the body,
Acknowledging those sensations with an inhale and an exhale back through that place,
Sending love and compassion to our body,
To ourselves.
We'll do one more round of that breath.
We'll begin in 5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Hold that breath.
Exhale through the mouth.
Last breath in 3,
2,
1.
Inhale and hold.
Exhale through the mouth.
We'll begin again in 3,
2,
1.
Hold.
Exhale.
Last round in 3,
2,
1.
Hold for as long as you can.
Release the breath through the mouth.
Allow the body to relax and sink.
Breathing normally and naturally,
Whatever is comfortable for you.
