Everyday Gratitude
Gratitude. Finding the smallest thing to be grateful for is the cornerstone of changing our mindset, and finding the good, seeing the lesson, accepting what we cannot control. We can choose to find gratefulness and love in all things. This meditation was inspired by a meditation by ReneBrunold, which I have practiced each day since I heard it. I am grateful.
