We start to reconnect with the breath.
Deepening our inhalations through the nose.
Consciously exhaling through the mouth.
We bring some movement into our fingers and our toes.
Maybe roll the wrists.
Or take a nice big stretch overhead.
And if you're comfortable,
Place your hands over your heart space and gently bow your head to yourself,
Keeping your eyes closed.
We take a couple rounds of breath here in through the nose and releasing through the mouth.
And simply observe the connection between the heart and the hands.
Feeling the energy,
The vibration.
And maybe even we feel spirit or whomever we pray to with us in this space.
And now silently say to yourself,
Or out loud,
Or just listen.
Say thank you.
I love you.
Thank you.

And as we are reminded,
This beautiful practice of meditation and breath is the ultimate act of self-love.
