Transcript

Close your eyes,

Connect with your breath,

Breathing in and out through the nose,

Long,

Slow,

Deep inhalations,

Simply observing where in the body the breath resonates with you.

Does it resonate on the inhale,

The coolness drawing on your nostrils,

Or on the warm air releasing?

Does the breath resonate with you in the belly as it expands and comes back?

Or do you most notice the breath in your chest as it rises and falls with each inhalation and each exhalation?

Continue to breathe normally and naturally,

Focusing on the breath.
