Hello sweet soul,
Welcome to your nightly meditation.
My name is Julianne Arce,
And I'll be your guide during this time.
Find a comfortable place to be,
And once you're there,
Take a slow breath in,
And a longer breath out.
Let your body settle.
Tonight is not about chasing a dream.
It is about asking,
And then allowing.
The dreaming mind is not commanded,
It is invited.
Feel the surface beneath you.
Feel the weight of your body resting.
Nothing to hold,
Nothing to manage.
Before sleep comes,
We will plant a simple intention.
Not a demand,
Not a script,
Just a seed.
Bring your awareness to the center of your chest.
Let your breath move softly here.
Now gently ask yourself,
What is one area in my life that I am asking for clarity?
Do not overthink it.
Let the first honest answer arise.
It may be about work,
A relationship,
Your body,
A decision,
Or something unnamed.
Notice what surfaces.
Now refine the question into something simple,
Something clear,
And something open.
Not why is this happening,
But what would be helpful for me to understand?
Or,
What am I not seeing?
Or,
What is my deeper truth here?
Keep it simple.
The unconscious responds best to humility.
Take a slow breath in.
And quietly,
Inside your mind,
Speak your question once.
Only once.
And then let it go.
You are not trying to control the dream.
You are placing the question at the doorway.
Now imagine the question resting,
Like a small stone beside a still lake.
It does not disturb the water.
It simply waits.
Feel your jaw soften.
Let your shoulders drop.
Let your belly soften completely.
Dreams arise when the conscious mind releases its grip.
So now we soften.
Feel your breath growing slower.
If the mind tries to analyze,
Let it go.
And then gently say,
It will unfold in its own language.
You do not need literal answers.
You may receive a feeling.
An image.
A symbol.
Or simply deeper rest.
All are responses.
Trust that the dreaming intelligence is older than your worry.
Older than your doubt.
It has guided you before.
And it is guiding you now.
Feel the darkness around you.
Like fertile soil.
Your question is planted.
You don't need to dig it up.
You don't need to check on it.
You allow it to root in the quiet.
Take one more slow breath in.
And on the exhale,
Release control.
Release expectation.
Release outcome.
The dream temple is open.
You have asked.
Now allow yourself to rest.
If nothing comes tonight,
Trust that the asking itself matters.
The unconscious hears what is spoken in sincerity.
Let your breath grow softer.
Let your thoughts grow slower.
Let the questions dissolve into the background.
You are not responsible for the answer.
Only for the openness.
The music will carry you now.
Into symbol.
Into story.
Into sleep.
And in the morning,
Receive whatever remains.
Allow yourself to drift.
