Aries Solar Eclipse Energetic Alignment

This Solar Eclipse will present us with opportunities to take bold and confident action to understand our core identity more deeply. In this we must be careful to not be combative, impulsive and selfish. It will be important to be aligned energetically as these opportunities present themselves so we can feel strong but also balanced in our decisions and actions. This visual meditation will connect you with your higher self to best align yourself energetically for this eclipse.

The solar eclipse in Aries is here to help us and give us opportunities to connect more deeply within ourselves with our own sense of confidence and identity.

Just like new moons,

Solar eclipses bring about new beginnings and new opportunities,

Fresh starts,

But often the level of intensity and energy is increased.

With the solar eclipse happening in Aries,

There's a sense of finding that fire,

Being presented with opportunities to take bold and determined action,

As well as understanding our core identity.

But we also must be careful with this fiery energy to not be too combative,

Impulsive,

And not be so focused on ourselves that we forget about the people around us and our connections.

So it will be really important to be aligned energetically as these opportunities present themselves so we can feel strong but also balanced in our decisions and actions.

This guided meditation will be working through your chakras,

Connecting with your higher self,

To work on aligning your energy with what is for your highest good,

And to allow yourself to be open to this solar eclipse energy,

The opportunities that are trying to flow to you,

And to be able to make decisions and take action in a new way.

So getting yourself in a comfortable position,

Either laying or sitting down,

Whatever works best for you,

Just really getting yourself in a place where you can allow your body to fully relax as you enter this meditative state.

First,

Taking a few deep breaths to reconnect with yourself energetically,

Mentally,

And physically.

Taking a deep breath in through your nose,

Hold for a moment,

And out through your mouth,

Releasing the tension that may be stored in your body right now,

In your mind,

Pushing it away with your breath out,

Releasing stresses,

Worries,

Anxieties,

Or fears.

And taking another deep breath in through your nose,

Hold for a moment,

And out through your mouth,

Slowly releasing any excess weight,

Any energies or attachments that you may have picked up throughout your day or your week,

Letting go of anything that really just does not belong to you,

Feeling it seeping out of your skin and with every breath out.

And one last time,

Taking a deep breath in through your nose,

Hold for a moment,

And out through your mouth,

Feeling your breath recalibrating,

Feeling your heart,

Your body,

And mind reconnecting to its own natural rhythm,

Your breath in and out,

Moving at your own pace that feels comfortable,

And just sitting in your body in this moment.

Now,

You find yourself in the middle of a forest,

In a clearing.

In this clearing,

There's a bonfire roaring right in the middle.

And you approach this clearing,

Sitting beside this roaring bonfire,

Cross-legged on the ground.

As you sit and embrace the warmth of this fire for a moment,

You take in the peaceful stillness of the trees around you,

Of the breeze that might be hitting your face and body,

The quiet ruffling of the leaves,

Really just taking a moment here,

Feeling the embrace of nature's calm and beautiful energy,

Reconnecting to this natural pace,

Your natural rhythm,

The crackling bonfire,

Nature's energy.

You take a deep breath of this fresh air,

Fully embracing everything around you.

And as you do so,

A golden light beam begins to flow down from the sky,

Initially covering your whole body in its bright light.

As it hits certain parts of your body,

It's shedding off layers,

Old patterns and habits that you are so ready to let go of.

You might see pieces from your body floating,

Layers coming off,

Making your body feel just a little lighter and brighter.

As this bright light begins to connect more deeply with you,

To align your energies,

It begins to focus starting at the top of your head.

And as this energy flows into your crown chakra,

Your higher self floats out of the center.

As they appear,

You can feel the depth of their presence,

The beauty and the vastness,

The inner peace of expansion and consciousness.

Standing at your side,

Your higher self begins to pour their golden healing and expansive energy down into your crown chakra,

Seeping its light and consciousness through the top of your head,

Flowing slowly through your scalp.

As this energy hits you,

You might feel a tingling sensation or a lightness as it begins,

Or maybe a cooling or warming as it hits and flows down,

Slowly activating and enlightening the chakra of your crown located at the top of your head,

Opening your expansion,

Your consciousness,

Your awareness,

Slowly working its way down to your higher self.

Your higher self's energy begins to seep through to the middle of your forehead,

Opening and activating your third eye chakra,

Seeping its light and clarity through the center and part of your head,

Further expanding your awareness and consciousness,

Your connection to your higher self and to the divine,

Your ability to connect with the universe and energies beyond the physical,

Expanding,

Activating,

Enlightening.

Your higher self's energy now moving down through the back of your head and front of your face,

Through your mind's eye,

This light energy flows down through to your throat chakra,

Illuminating and filling your neck and jaw,

Aligning and activating the appropriate amount of energy to use your voice and expand your truth,

To be able to communicate what you feel,

What you see,

You feel,

What you see,

What needs to be heard,

Activating,

Illuminating,

Enlightening,

And aligning,

Flowing the bright golden through your shoulders and arms,

Moving down to the top of your chest,

Wrapping itself around your heart,

This golden light from your higher self healing,

Opening,

Mending and removing bandages that may live here,

Pulsing into the center and expanding its bright golden light out from within,

Opening you up to unconditional love,

Compassion,

And gratitude from your higher self,

Expanding your love for yourself and others,

Expanding,

Aligning,

And activating.

This energy begins to flow down into the lower part of your chest,

Moving into the area of your stomach,

Engulfing and wrapping your solar plexus chakra and its beautiful warmth and light,

Shining almost as bright as the sun,

Activating and enlightening the center with a sense of self and confidence in who you are,

Flowing from your higher self,

Activating passions within you,

Activating,

Aligning,

Enlightening,

And opening the flow.

Flow now moving down,

Your higher self's energy pours into your abdomen and upper navel area,

Grasping at your sacral chakra near your gut,

Dazzling and brightening the opening and activation of this energy,

Connecting you more deeply to your intuition,

Your gut feelings,

Your emotions,

And allowing you to really trust your intuition and your own self.

Now reaching the bottom of your navel through to your hips and pelvis,

This golden energy seeps through into your root chakra,

Moving through your legs and feet,

Pulsing a sense of grounding and rooting in yourself,

A sense of safety and comfort in your own body,

Connecting your whole body and energy centers into one,

Into one,

Aligning,

Activating,

Enlightening,

Flowing and grounding your higher self and your energy through the top of your head,

All the way down your spine and legs.

This energy begins to grow roots under you,

Flowing from your legs and feet through to the core of the earth.

As it touches this core,

The energy from the earth flows back up the roots,

Connecting through your legs and feet all the way up through your body to the top of your head.

Taking a deep breath here,

Embracing the feeling of this energy,

This activation,

Alignment of your energetic centers that live through your body,

Feeling connected and aligned with yourself,

With the earth,

But also with the energy of your higher self and the spiritual realm,

Allowing you to be fully aligned in your energy,

To be fully activated,

To make the best and highest potential decisions for the new opportunities that are coming to you during this solar eclipse.

You glance over at your higher self,

Thank them for the insight and activation,

For the alignment and energy to allow it to move and flow naturally.

Take a moment here with your higher self at your side to gain any last insight or messages that they may want to give to you at this time,

Any guidance on what will help you stay open to the opportunities that are coming your way during this solar eclipse.

They float back into the beam of light and where it hits you in your crown chakra at the top of your head.
