This guided meditation is designed to help you connect with the New Moon in Libra, Which will be trying to introduce us to new beginnings and fresh starts in many and multiple areas in our lives. And because of the magnitude of this influx of new, It will be important for us to release the old, So that we can have space for the fresh starts to come in, To be open to these new opportunities. So this meditation will start with a release of fears, Insecurities, Unworthiness, And then move into an opening of sorts to welcome in the new with the space that we've created with the release. So get yourself in a comfortable position. For this meditation, If you have any crystals, It might be good to grab one just to keep yourself clear, Kind of help you clear out the fears and the insecurities and the feelings of unworthiness that we'll be working with. If you don't have any, That's fine too. Maybe you can just visualize it in your mind's eye that you're holding a crystal. Getting yourself in a position where you're comfortable, It can be either laying down or sitting, Whatever works best for you. And open, Put your palms facing up towards the sky. And if you have a crystal, Place it in your palm. If not, Visualize it in your palm. This is to open yourself up to this clearing process and to open up to the new that's trying to come in with this new moon. Breathing consistently, Smoothly with your own rhythm, Natural calmness, The quiet, In a space with little or no distractions if possible. And reconnecting to that base frequency, That base vibration within you, Your core energy, Your core being. Taking a deep breath, Inhaling the energy of the oxygen as it flows through your chest to the rest of your body. And exhale out through your mouth, Releasing anything that is not serving you right now, Any excess energies, Any excess weights. Reconnecting to your own frequency, Releasing anything that's not yours. Reconnecting to your own heart center, To your own energy, To your core being. If you can, Feeling the energy from the crystal in your hand, Either in your physical or in your mind's eye, Feeling it pulling energy out of you. We'll start off with the releasing of fears, Expectations, Insecurities, Energies that are not serving us so that we can allow the new that this new moon will be trying to bring to us. We'll be starting off with a release of general expectations, Whether it be expectations of what you have from this meditation, Ranging to the expectations others have of you, To expectations that you have of yourself. First, We'll be letting go of what be, What may be weighing heavy from the expectations that others might have of you. The energies that others may be projecting on you, Whether it be a friend, A partner, A co-worker, A sibling. Feeling that energy, Those expectations rising up to the surface. These expectations can be of emotional comfort for you to be completing specific tasks or even commitments that you may have made that are still holding on in your body and your mind. Where you feel the energy of others attaching to you, Connecting to you, But not in a good way, One that is causing stress and tension within you. Taking a deep breath in through your nose, Feeling the energy in your body as this oxygen enters. And when you release this breath, See all of these expectations, These worries, These tensions that are caused by other people in your life that you love, But letting go of this right now. See it leaving your muscles, Your body, Your bones, Your mind. Release it, Let it go. Let go of the attachments, The expectations and the energies of other people, Of what they think you should be doing with your life, Of what they expect out of you, The comfort that you provide them. Let this go for this moment in this meditation. Feel yourself reconnecting with your true self as these layers leave your body, As this weight leaves your body, Your muscles and your mind. Seeing it float away further and further into the distance. Feeling the attachments leaving you, The expectations, The energies of others leaving you. And you can see more of yourself now. You can connect with more of you now. Feeling the weight of other people's expectations and energies leaving your body. We'll now be moving on to releasing expectations that you have for yourself, Where you might be being a little too hard on yourself, Setting unrealistic expectations, Expecting yourself to complete things quickly, Efficiently, Where you might feel a burden of needing to be there for every single person in your life. Feeling this tension building inside of you. Feeling the attachments that it creates, The disconnection it creates within you with yourself. Moving more towards love for yourself. Being proud of how far you've come and the accomplishments you've gotten, How far you've come. Connecting with your core and true self. Taking a deep breath and as you release, Letting go of the energies and attachments you might have from yourself. How hard you can be on yourself, The expectations you set for yourself and the people around you. See it, Visualize it leaving your body, Seeping through your skin, Moving out into the distance like the rest of the other expectations others have for you. Peeling another layer off of your body, Another fog leaving. Connecting deeper and deeper into yourself, Your core true soul energy. Feel the weight lifting, The love growing. See it moving further and further into the distance, Releasing all the pressure, The tension, The worries you cause yourself through these expectations. Just be. Love yourself for you in this moment, Just being. With every breath you see it floating away further and further. Getting closer and closer to your true authentic self, Your true energy, Your core being. Being nice to yourself, Kind, Loving, Compassionate. The connection growing deeper and deeper with every breath you take. As your connection gets deeper, We'll now move on to fears or wounds that require releasing that might be holding you back, That create blockages, Obstacles, And the new that's trying to come into your life. The ones that have a great impact on you, A deep impact from people, Places, Events of your past. The things that make you feel unlovable, Unworthy, And undeserving of what you're trying to accomplish in your life. We all have these fears. Every single one of us struggles with something, Some of us more than others, And our situations all look different on the surface. Feel the fears of your success rising up to the surface, The thoughts you have around achieving your goals, The big dreams you have, Flying, Soaring, Freedom. What fears and insecurities come up when you think of this? Maybe it's that you feel you don't deserve abundance and success because you don't feel like you've worked hard enough, Meaning that you aren't, You don't feel enough. Just you being is not enough. Or maybe you feel like you're not lovable to attract what you want, Whether it be financial abundance or the new relationships, Friendships, Close connections. It could be a fear of change in general, Shifting ideas and dynamics, Not liking the uncertainty that comes along with transformation, Evolution, And evolving. Or maybe there's something from your past that still has an immense amount of power over you, Dictating the direction and the steps that you take moving forward. Allow yourself the space to breathe here. Accept what's coming to light. Accept what is rising up to the surface, What you're seeing, Experiencing, And feeling. Breathing steadily, Taking a deep breath when necessary to stabilize and ground yourself, Centering, Knowing that you are not alone right now, Following the sound of my voice and breath. Feeling these fears rising and these regrets, Allowing them to come through your breath as they come up and to be released, Just like the expectations, Letting them go as they rise up, Seeping through your skin, Another layer getting you closer and closer to your true self, Another layer moving further and further away into the distance. Understanding that you don't have to be chained to your past anymore, You don't have to listen to your fears, You don't have to be bound by them. You have the strength and the freedom to move forward and live the life that you want to live, Not defined by anyone else but you. Fully embrace and breathe this, Fully experience it. You are worthy. Feel the energy as you let go of these fears, These insecurities that have bound you for so long. Letting them go, Releasing the heavy weight that they hold on your muscles and your body and your soul. All of this past that is no longer you, Moving away from it. If you have to, Visualize yourself walking away from it as it comes through, As another layer releases, Separates itself from your body. If you need to, Walk away from it but it also will be distancing itself away from you because it's not getting any more energy from you. You're not feeding it anymore. You're moving away from it and it's time for you to really let go. Every breath you take, It gets further and further away and you feel lighter and brighter every time. Reconnecting to your true essence, Your true self. You might see it as a dark cloud, A fog, Or a layer, A steam coming out of your skin. Whatever it is, It moves further and further away from you in the distance. Feeling the weight lifting from your body, Reconnecting with your soul. The part of you that knows you deserve everything. That you are worthy of abundance, You're worthy of love, You are enough. Filling your heart with this, You are deserving of abundance. And the new opportunities that are coming to you during this new moon, You're worthy. Take a moment here to fully embrace this new feeling as the fears wash away. They are gone, They are leaving. You are no longer feeding them. As you embrace this, See a bright glowing light in the middle of your chest and it begins to expand through your muscles and the rest of your body. Repeating to yourself, I am worthy, I am lovable, I am enough, I am deserving. I am unchained from these fears. I let go, I release. I no longer hold on to these attachments. Seeing this bright light grow inside of you, Reconnecting to your truest essence, Your truest self, The bright light, The unconditional love, The protection, The connection, Breathing and allowing this new flow of energy. Breathing through this shift that you are going through right now through the change, Through the evolution. You are coming out of this a new person, A changed person. Feeling reconnected to yourself, Your core soul, Your being. It's time. It's time to reflect on what you want, What you desire, What you deserve, Your dreams, Your biggest aspirations, The new, The fresh that's trying to come in with this new moon. Taking a deep breath, Inhaling this golden new flow of energy, This beautiful light. Reflect on your goals, Your desires, What you want to manifest or create in your life. Free from the burdens of fear, Free from the chains of your past. What is it that you want to create? What do you want this new to come in? This new man will be giving us the opportunity to allow fresh starts, New beginnings, Connecting with the energy, This new abundance, This new energy flow. What is it that you want to attract? What does abundance mean to you? What are your biggest and wildest dreams? What will fulfill you, Make you feel whole and happy? What will give you the balance in this life? Still breathing through this process, Allow yourself to imagine, To feel and experience what you want to manifest, The beauty, The creativity, Your truest desires, Your highest vibrational self. This new moon allows us to feel the ease of this new free energy, Free from our insecurities and fears with the ease, With flow. What do you want? What is the new that you want to attract? Do you want more connection with the people around you? Do you want better relationships with your partner? Do you want more connection, More desire, A new source of income, A new job? Do you want to create more abundance in this world for yourself and others? Do you want to value different things in your life? Do you want to attract more beauty, More abundance? What is it that you want to attract and create more of in your life? Better thoughts, More light, Less negativity. Being a better human being on this planet, Caring for nature, Connecting with nature, What is it that you want? Reflect, Take a moment to allow this energy to show you what you are capable of becoming, Who you truly are and what you want to attract. Allow the beauty, The flow, The creativity of it all to come through, Tapping into your intuition, Your body, What you see, What you experience, What you feel, What you hear. Fully embrace it. See yourself aspiring to your dreams. See yourself with these new relationships and this new job and this new income. See it. See the moon providing this new energy to you, The openness. Be open to it. Fully embrace this energy and this experience. Slowly returning back to your physical body. Back to your physical surroundings, Returning from all of the insight. Wrapping up any last messages, Feelings, Experiences. Grateful for this new moon, The new opportunity, All of the releasing knowing that you don't have to be bound by your fears anymore, By the chains that they have taken you by, Your body, This new and improved energy, This new open to new opportunities, Fresh starts, New beginnings, Open to the new abundance that you deserve, That you are worthy of. Integrating this into your physical body, Molding it, Feeling the energy entering your physical form. First merging with your heart center, With your arms, Fingers, Elbows, Hands, Wrists, Shoulders. You might feel a tingling sensation, This new upgrade in energy, This new openness, New opportunities, Fresh starts, It's exciting, It's a fresh energy, It's new. You might just feel an increase in energy. Integrating with your torso, Your abdomen, Your hips, Pelvis, Flowing down your legs, Your knees, Your ankles, Your shins, Calves, Heels, Toes and feet. Really feeling the increase in the energy and the tingling sensation as your body fully merges with this energy. Open, Allowing, Accepting, Flowing up your neck, Through your throat, Up your head, The back of your head, Your chin, Your lips, Nose, Cheeks, Temples, Forehead, Eyes, All the way to the top of your head. Fully feeling this flow, This new, The new moon is trying to bring new opportunities to you, New relationships, New connections, New income, New jobs, Whatever it is that you need or you want, Your desires, Free from any fears or insecurities. You are lovable, You are worthy, You are deserving and you are ready to accept this new. Taking a deep breath, Fully embracing and when you're ready, You can open your eyes.
