This is a guided meditation to help you connect with the harvest moon.
Getting yourself in a comfortable position.
If you want to get a pillow or blanket,
Now would be the time to do so.
Taking a few deep breaths in.
As you release,
Letting go of any stress or tension stored in your body.
Cooling your shoulders back,
Straightening your spine and just allowing yourself the space to breathe.
Letting go of any thoughts or worries.
Letting them drift away into the distance.
Breathing slowly but consistently.
Allowing yourself to take up space and to just breathe.
Feeling the excess energy of the day or the week slowly steaming out of your body,
Your skin and moving out of your auric field.
Clearing the weight,
The excess,
Everything that is just not yours to carry.
Clearing everything that stops you from connecting with your true being,
Your core self.
Feeling it all slowly drift away with every breath you take.
Allowing yourself the space to breathe.
Allowing yourself the time and space to just be here in this moment,
In this experience.
Take a deep breath in.
Filling your lungs and your chest as much as you can.
Hold and exhale all of it out through your mouth.
And again,
Taking a deep breath in.
Hold and exhaling it all through your mouth.
Feeling the release from your muscles and your physical body.
Reconnecting with yourself and your own rhythm.
Letting go of anything that is not yours,
That's not your energy,
Not your vibration,
Not your frequency.
Projections from others leaving your body because it's not yours.
Reconnecting with your own rhythm.
Your core self,
Your core being.
As you do this,
Visualize yourself floating up into the sky.
Moving through the clouds.
Traveling the earth's surface.
Feeling yourself floating forward.
Eventually finding a large field below you.
One that's fully surrounded by crops.
Once you find this,
Make your way down and touch your feet on the ground in the middle of this field.
It's currently nighttime and the moon is big and full,
Luminously shining in the sky.
It's the full harvest moon in Pisces.
It's so bright and so big that it illuminates all the crops and your surroundings,
Allowing you to see more clearly during a time of usual darkness and stillness.
The crops around you represent your goals.
The things you've been working towards that are ready for you to reap the rewards,
Ready for you to harvest.
You find a path in the middle of this crop field and you start walking along it.
As you do this,
You start grabbing and harvesting some of the crops as the full moon illuminates your way.
Grabbing vegetables,
Flowers,
Fruits,
Whatever it is that you've been growing for the past few months,
Wherever you've been putting your energy.
With every crop that you pick,
You get a sense of where this is represented in your life,
Where you've clearly put in the effort and the work,
Representing whatever it is in your life that you're ready to take the next steps on.
You've set the foundation and now you're ready to move forward.
This is the place in your life where you have achieved a milestone with every crop that you pick filling you with gratitude,
Pride and fulfillment.
You've worked so hard to get here.
It's now time to see it through.
Allow yourself to be in a state of fully receiving.
You have given your energy,
Now it's time to receive.
Open yourself up to this.
To receive love,
Appreciation,
Gratitude,
Fulfillment,
Pride for pushing through,
For committing yourself to this journey and sticking to it even through the hardest of times.
Proving to yourself that you can do it.
For pushing through all of the challenges,
All of the fears,
The anxieties,
The obstacles that have appeared.
It's now time to take stock and taste all that you've grown and how you've expanded.
We sometimes don't give ourselves the credit we deserve as we move on to the next thing really quickly,
Forgetting how hard we worked to get right here in this moment where we are now.
This full moon is about seeing all of this through.
Take a few moments to bask in this progress and reward.
Allow yourself to receive an upgrade,
A level up fully embracing this new and improved version of you.
Understanding and fully feeling this new version of yourself,
This new baseline reconnecting more and more to you.
Now that you have explained all of this,
Give yourself kind specially for this precious you you you you you you You look up at the luminous full moon as it drops down a connection towards you Sort of like a string to create a direct connection with you and its energy Once you see this,
You walk slowly towards it and grab this string connection It's a direct energy source from the full moon.
You connect it to your heart center,
Immediately feeling a jolt as the moon fills you with its boost of energy instantly.
It's providing you with the vibration and frequency for you to level up,
Giving you the energy to persevere,
To keep pushing forward.
Filling every muscle in your body with the motivation,
Commitment,
Inner strength and inner light that lives within you,
Activating it,
Energizing it.
It's giving you the energy to stay committed to this upgrade,
To stay connected with it.
But it's also giving you the energy to push even further than that,
To push you towards your dreams,
Your aspirations and your biggest desires in this lifetime.
This full moon is giving you the ability to see your future from here and what the next steps are on your path.
It's pushing you to dream bigger,
To see the true potential that lies within you.
You stay here and allow any necessary messages or intuitive hits of your most aligned future to come through,
Opening yourself up to any possibilities and opportunities that could be ahead of you.
Feeling the energy and insight flowing through you with its luminous bright light,
See your mind and body opening into the horizon,
Fully immersing yourself in this moment,
Adjusting your vibration to all of the new.
Seeing and visualizing a future version of yourself that's happy,
Fulfilled and whole.

Your arms,
Your legs and head,
Feeling physical sensations coming back to your consciousness,
Moving around a little,
Wiggling your fingers,
Your toes,
Maybe stretching your arms,
Your back,
Really reintegrating into your physical form with this new energy,
Taking one last deep breath,
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
