Let us begin with our breath. Taking a moment to center ground. Arrive in the present moment. Connect with the Source as we prepare to receive the blessings of this prayer. With each breath in, We receive life force, Light, Love. With each breath out, We release what no longer serves us. Creating space to receive that which serves our highest good. Breathing in, Belly expands. Breathing out, Navel moves towards the spine, Emptying out completely. Breathing through your nose. Exhaling through your mouth. Sighing on the exhale if you desire. Softening with each exhalation, Releasing your shoulders. Breathing in, Exhaling. Let us take three deep breath cycles together, Moving at your own pace. Release. Taking control of your breath as you allow yourself to come into sacred silence. Acknowledging the presence of Source. I invite you to place your hands on your heart space in prayer position or wherever feels right for you in this moment. Let us pray. Grandmother Spider, A prayer by Lindsay Abramites Smith.
