Hi Unique learners, Sometimes a seated meditation will not do it for me. One great way of meditating for me in between writing sessions is dancing. This guided dancing meditation is focused on healing the sacral chakra. The sacral chakra is located below the navel and associated with the colour orange. This center of emotions, feelings and pleasure plays an active role in our expression, creativity, well-being, and change.

Unique learners!

I've got a fun way for you to balance your sacral chakra with our trance dance and meditation.

Welcome today,

My name is Ivete.

The following short guided dance meditation is perfect to do in your lunch break for example.

So that you can become more energized and let that creativity flow.

The sacral chakra is not only for our sexuality,

It is also intertwined with our overall satisfaction and how we accept difficulties in our lives.

And dance meditation for me is a super effective way to balance our second energy center in a fun way and our creative process.

You can do this meditation anywhere,

Anytime,

As long as you feel comfortable and you make sure you have space to move around,

That no furniture is standing in your way.

And dance like no one is watching.

Alright,

Let's get started.

Stand tall and it might be helpful to close your eyes and go inwards.

Enjoy and begin by moving easy and soften your thoughts.

Really go into your body,

Feel your feet on the floor,

Feel the goodness of your body and move like your body wants to move.

Maybe from the left to the right and find that balance in your movement.

Feel yourself in the present moment and you want to draw your arms up and place your hands down on your center in prayer and stay here just for a moment.

While moving you can honor yourself for taking care of yourself.

Move how your body wants to move.

No one is watching,

Don't worry.

Appreciate yourself.

Feel yourself in the present moment and know that you are loved and supported.

Allow yourself to begin flowing.

Let your movements be spontaneous and fluid.

Feel that music.

Feel fluid and feel that in this moment you are free.

And from the inside to life.

Love is the starting point of manifestation.

Now feel an orange light of energy,

See it,

Imagine it and feel it pulsing through your belly radiating world through your whole being.

Now dance and see this orange light growing larger and more clearly in your body.

Move and see the color of orange and peach all around you.

See the orange energy flowing around you,

Elevating you and the space.

If you have things you need to release emotionally that come up,

Release them now and enjoy this movement meditation.

Embrace your inner joy and playfulness as you move and enjoy this intimate time with yourself.

Intimacy is one of life's greatest pleasures and expand yourself through your movement and express your freedom.

Begin you are free and dance your imperfectly perfect dance through the light in your body freeing yourself.

Free your creativity,

Art,

Projects,

Ideas,

Even relationships.

Our Sacral Chakra is the center of our financial security,

Sacred sexuality,

Vitality,

Passion,

Strength and endurance and feel that energy flow into all of these areas of your life.

Be good to yourself,

Dance to strengthen this relationship with yourself and be grateful to the universe and thank yourself for all the hard work you do every day.

Enjoy the emotional grounding with this meditation and feel the joy and pleasure in having a sensual body and how good it feels to be in your body.

Feel your creativity,

Dance for you and yourself and thank your body for this experience.

Here are some blessings for you.

May you have confidence and a zest for life.

May you allow yourself to feel pleasure and abundance of life.

May you feel connected to others.

May you create healthy boundaries.

May you be a creator and add beauty to the world.

Bring your arms slowly overhead and down.

Bring them in a prayer pose.

Having the good feeling energy for having honored your emotional needs and bring your arms overhead again and your arms down through the center to prayer.

Have a little prayer with your energy that you can show compassion for yourself,

Believe in your abilities,

Carry your freedom and confidence deep and allow yourself to enjoy all of the simple pleasures in each day.
