And feel a violet flame gently surrounding you and just feel yourself at peace and present with this violet flame,
Breathing it in and breathing it out,
Allowing it to become part of your flow of breath,
Letting it take you deeper and deeper within and just feel as you breathe into yourself,
Breathing deep into your soul,
Feel as you breathe in you're giving yourself permission to bring up all that no longer serves you and to allow anything you're still holding deep within you,
Anything that's been hidden,
Left behind from any lifetime,
Anything you've done or said you feel ashamed of or had done or said to you that you're still carrying,
Allow it to come with you now,
Let every part of you know that it's time to be seen,
It's time to be healed and it's time to be released and that everything is welcome and feel that violet flame expanding out in front of you and as you feel yourself walking deep into that violet flame,
Feel it just forming a violet tunnel and as you walk through that violet tunnel you feel the light just transmuting all the energy around you,
All the negativity,
All the old karma you no longer need to carry,
Just transmuting it from you and as you continue to walk you see a raven in amongst the light,
Hovering,
Wings spread,
Waiting for you to see it and acknowledge it and as you get closer to the raven,
You feel him communicating with you and letting you know that he can lead you to the goddess hell,

Nordic goddess of the underworld,
Goddess of karmic balance and feel yourself guided to follow him and let him show you the way and allow him now to lead you deeper and deeper into the light through the tunnel and feel him leading you out of the light and into her kingdom,
The kingdom of hell,
Of Helium,
Nordic goddess of the underworld,
Of karmic resolution and as you enter into her kingdom,
The underworld in which she lives,
Feel yourself present there and as you look around you,
You see the room that you've entered,
A stone floor and is filled with candles and as you continue to look around,
You see the most beautiful throne and you see the raven fly and land on the throne and as he lands,
You become aware that the goddess hell,
Sitting upon her throne and all her beauty,
All her darkness and all her light,
One half of her body,
A beautiful maiden,
Long flowing hair and beautiful skin and the other half of her looks dead,
Half a face,
A skull,
Grey long hair,
Half skeleton,
Half maiden,
Sitting upon her giant throne,
Her raven upon her shoulder and as you stand before her,
You feel not only her strength,
You feel her compassion,
You feel her kindness and you know that this goddess understands the laws of karma,
She is there to support those when they pass from the world that need to assess their journey,
That need to look at their own karma and how they can bring balance,
She consults with them,
Supports their journey and helps them decide what they need to go and do next,
To create balance within them and feel yourself now as you stand before her,
Letting her know that you're ready to release all the karma that still haunts you,
All the imbalances within your soul and all of the cruel judgment that you've placed upon yourself,
That has caused you to shame and hide all parts of you from any time and place and feel as you stand before her,
Feel all of those aspects of you from other lifetimes,
Different times and places that have been judged or judged others,
That have criticized or been criticized,
That have been on the receiving hands of torture and pain and suffering or have inflicted it upon others,
That have done great harm to themselves,
To you and to the rest of the world,
All those parts of you that may have left the world worse than what it was when they came into it,
Feel all of those parts invited to stand before her and stand with them,
Knowing that this has all belonged to you and that you're here for karmic resolution and release and know that as she sits there in compassion,
That she is not judging you,
She's supporting you to assess the situation,
She's observing,
She's listening and witnessing and she is holding space for you to see what needs to be done,
Let her show you now as she works with the Lords of Karma and the Universal Law of Karma,
Feel her inviting you to release now and transmute all that no longer serves you,
All that no longer needs your attention and all that is punishing you and feel her explaining to you that Karma is not for punishment,
It's for balance and that you cannot continue to inflict punishment upon yourself for what you've done or what's been done to you,
For the choices you've made or not made,
You cannot continue to punish yourself with regret,
Feel her telling you that it's time for you to give yourself permission to be free,
To let it all be released,
Let her show you the ways in which you're still judging yourself,
Let her show you that it's not coming from outside of you,
From a universal force trying to punish you but from the internal force that still believes you deserve to suffer,
Feel her calling that voice out of you and placing it alongside of you and let it heal,
Let the healing bring all those parts of you into balance and really focus on that part of you that still believes you deserve to be punished and let her know it's okay,
You forgive her for any pain she's caused you and feel all the divine spirits of compassion and love that work with her in her world,
Feel them all bringing blessings and healing,
Weaving it around you,
Around all parts of you,
Cutting away the karmic ties and releasing them from every part of you and as the energy clears feel your deep desire to be free of your suffering and from that place within you,
From that deep desire to be free,
Ask the goddess hell now to show you what it is that you need to heal and release,
What it is that you need to focus on right now in your journey,
It may be a soul you're connected to,
It could be a past situation,
Maybe a symbolic image or a pattern that you're holding,
Whatever it is let it be clear to you,
Let yourself see,
Feel,
Understand deep within you,
In every part of your awareness what it is that you need to hold your focus on and feel her standing from her throne and bending down to offer you the gift of your power and your ability to see this through and make this happen for yourself,
The power to know that you can heal and release what it is you've been seen and what it is you know needs to shift from your life,
From your soul's journey receive her gift and leave now with her blessing,
Her blessing of awareness around what you need to focus your energy on of what you really need to heal and work on to be free,
To be able to walk your path in this lifetime living your life to the fullest and feel the raven now guiding you out of her kingdom and guiding you back into the violet light,
The tunnel of light and allow the raven to guide you all the way back through the tunnel and as you continue to walk back with your new awareness encompassed within you feel yourself leaving behind the raven as he flies back to the goddess and continue to bring yourself back walking through the light walking all the way back into this time and space allowing yourself to focus on your breath again breathing in the violet light and breathing it out letting that cycle of breath continue within you until you feel yourself present back in this room,

Present back in the life that you're here to live a life that will hold joy for you and feel whatever it is that you know needs to be released,
