Welcome to the magical world of enchanted waters.

In the next activity,

We will be using bubbles.

The grown-up will be blowing bubbles and invite you to relax and watch them.

Pause the music if you need time to get bubbles.

Now that you have a grown-up ready with bubbles,

It's time for you to find a comfortable position,

Lying down flat on your back.

Wiggle a little bit until you are perfectly comfortable.

When you are ready,

Say,

I'm ready.

Keep your whole body still and watch the bubbles float above you.

With your eyes,

Follow them as they move and dance in the air.

Hello bubbles,

I see you.

How relaxing it is to watch the bubbles float.

Keep watching the bubbles with your eyes as you listen to the music.

Now let's add something else.

When a bubble floats down towards you,

Take a breath and blow.

You'll notice that your breath can make the bubble rise back up.

Hello bubbles,

I see you and I can move you with my breath.

Breathe in slowly and make that bubble move when you breathe out.

Keep moving bubbles with your breath as you listen to the relaxing music,

Enchanted Waters.

Now listen to the music,

Relax,
