Practice For Severe Neck Pain | No Movements
by Dr. Kim Lye
This gentle meridian tapping practice is designed to help ease physical tension in the neck and support overall comfort. In TCM, neck tension isn’t just physical; it signals blocked qi in the gallbladder, bladder, kidney, and liver channels. By tapping along these meridians, we release tension, improve circulation, and calm the emotions that lock into the neck. After this practice, give your body 30 minutes to process before moving your neck. Even a small 5–10% shift can help you feel more at ease. Repeat 1–2 times daily to support your wellbeing, before moving on to gentle neck stabilization practices.
