In our busy lives, jumping from one activity to the next... we often forget our body is doing most of the heavy lifting. And we might notice a certain body part only if we start to sense pain or fatigue in that area... like in our feet... or our neck... or our back... In this meditation, we carve out a little time to give our body the love, attention, and appreciation it so deserves... considering it takes us wherever we want to, and doing whatever we tell it to without ever complaining -- at least not verbally.
