Send thanks to this area on your face and to your facial muscles.
All working together in harmony to help you express yourself each day.
Notice any tension or tightness in your neck muscles.
Relax those muscles.
Release any pressure.
Relieve any stress.
It's time for these muscles to rest.
For the day to rest.

As you continue breathing naturally,
