Explore MeditationDonisha Dunn, MD is a psychiatrist , yoga, and mindfulness meditation teacher. She believes there are no clear boundaries between the body, mind, and spirit, and that one’s happiness and well-being is integrally connected to the community and world around us. She currently has a telepsychiatry practice and is the consulting psychiatrist for the National Alliance on Mental Illness in New Orleans. She received certification as a yoga teacher in 2013 and is currently enrolled with the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Program Class of 2023 taught by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
