脈輪的概念起源於印度教和瑜伽的傳統,七大脈輪是身體主要的能量中心。各個脈輪對應不同的器官,反映出一個人的特質和能量,包含個性、情緒、習慣、身心狀態、遭遇…等等。當脈輪失去平衡或阻塞時,你可能會感到身體不適、思緒混亂、情緒異常。當脈輪平衡時,能量可以在體內自由的流動,改善身心健康、感受心靈富足。 我們的意圖會創造我們的現實,正能量和自我肯定的練習可以幫助我們保持正向的心態。練習脈輪冥想的一些好處:維持健康的能量流動,促進身心平衡,克服負面思考,並從內心賦予自己滿滿的力量。
