Find a cozy corner and come into a comfortable seated position or gently lie down on your back.
I invite you to soften your gaze or close your eyes if you're comfortable.
Let's take three deep breaths together to bring your awareness to the present moment.
By connecting with the chakras,
You may notice shifts in perspective,
Release of emotions or healing in your three bodies which are physical,
Subtle and spiritual body.
Be open to become aware of your chakras presence and energy.
For today's meditation,
We will be repeating each affirmation for three times starting from the root chakra and all the way up until the crown chakra.
Repeat the affirmation silently in your mind or you can choose to recite out loud or write it down.
As you do so,
Be mindful of any thoughts or feelings that might come up and know that you are loved and supported.
Get ready to be in touch with your seven chakras and send yourself some healing energy.

You may experience emotions such as peace,

Maybe sadness or anger,
Whatever it may be.
Try to welcome it and befriend it.
You may also notice memories or triggering patterns surface for healing and transformation.
Let yourself witness them,
Notice them and when you are ready,
Release them from your awareness by breathing out or shake it off.
