As you lie down in bed,

Take your time to settle into a comfortable position.

When you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness to your breathing and begin to focus on a slow steady breathing.

With each breath,

You're returning to your natural state of rest and relaxation.

Inhale deeply,

Drawing in wholesome,

Rejuvenating energy.

As you exhale,

Release any tension or stress from your mind and body.

Feel yourself creating more space in both mind and body with each breath cycle.

Healing sleep awaits you.

If you feel safe,

Go ahead and close your eyes.

All you need to do from now on is follow the sound of my voice.

Remember,

Your body was born knowing how to sleep easily and naturally.

Trust in this innate wisdom.

Let's take a moment to express gratitude for all the things that nurture and support our restful sleep.

Thank you pillow for cradling my heavy head.

Thank you bed for supporting the weight of my entire body.

Thank you blankets for providing warmth and comfort.

You are safe,

You are whole,

And you are at peace.

With each mindful breath,

You gently return home to yourself.

As you inhale,

You invite calmness.

As you exhale,

You release any resistance to stillness.

In this moment,

There's nothing to do.

Only the beauty of being.

Allow yourself to simply rest.

Your relaxation is a gentle invitation for peace to flow through you,

Guiding you towards deep restful sleep.

When you're ready,
