Some of the benefits of practicing chakra affirmations include: maintain healthy energy flow through the subtle body, promote balance in mind and body, overcome negative thoughts, and develop empowering beliefs.

Come into a comfortable seated posture or lie down on your back.

I invite you to soften your gaze or close your eyes.

Let's take three deep breaths together to bring our awareness to the present moment.

Breathe in through the nose and out from the mouth in from the nose out from the mouth Last time breathe in and out For today's meditation we will be cleansing the chakras through repeating the affirmations for five times in total.

Starting with a root chakra and ending with a crown chakra.

Immerse in the sensation of the feeling of the words of each affirmation.

Repeat the sentence silently in your mind or recite out loud to yourself or write it down.

As you do so be mindful of any thoughts or feelings that might come up and know that you are loved and supported.

Get ready to explore your seven chakras.

I am safe.

I am creative.

I am strong.

I am loved.

I am expressive.

I am connected.

I am divine.

I am safe.

I am creative.

I am strong.

I am loved.

I am expressive.

Notice how your perceptions change as you practice this meditation regularly.
