Gillian was first introduced to yoga in 2001, and has developed her home practice over the years, to include pranayama, meditation and relaxation. She is a skilled yoga teacher, who encourages a mindful approach to her classes while offering an inclusive and accessible environment. Gillian’s sessions are suitable for all levels, including beginners.
