Hello everyone and welcome.

I'm very glad you've taken these few moments just for yourself.

This short meditation is here to help you slow down,

Ground yourself and return to the present moment and the busyness of life.

We sometimes forget that calm and steadiness are always available right here,

Right now.

So let's come back to that space together.

Find a comfortable position.

You can sit on a chair,

On the ground or stand.

It's only up to you.

If you like,

Close your eyes or gently rest your gaze in front of you.

Start with a few deep breaths.

Inhale through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.

Let's do it two more times.

You might feel your body soften with each exhale.

One more deep breath in and long slow breath out.

Notice the contact with the ground,

Where your feet or body touch the floor.

Imagine gentle roots growing from your body into the earth.

With every exhale,

Feel yourself grounding more and more.

Supported,

Steady,

Safe,

Tranquility.

Now bring your attention to this moment.

What do you hear right now?

What do you feel in your body?

What is your breath like?

You don't need to change anything.

Just notice.

Everything that is here now is okay.

Take one last deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Gently move your fingers and toes.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes.

You are here,

Safe,

Present.
