Restoring Your Energy Field To Feel Better

Like we brush our teeth to look after them, so we can maintain our energy field. We feel better after restoring our aura, particularly if we are exhausted or had a tough time. We put our skeptical selves aside (literally!) and see how it feels to repair and clean our aura, invite in the light with the help of our guides if that feels right for you. Use your imagination and trust what it shows you.

Let's find a comfortable place for our body.

So putting ourselves deliberately in our chair where our limbs can be comfortable,

Our joints,

Like our knees at a comfortable position,

Feet planted if you can do that.

And we'll take an in breath and lengthen our spine a little bit balancing our head on the top of our spine and exhaling we can settle into our seat a little bit.

Shoulders soft,

Muscles of the face softer.

We're not slumped but neither are we rigid somewhere in between.

Notice our body and notice our breath as we bring our attention inwards.

So pressing pause on the outside world.

Coming back to ourselves.

If in some way it feels selfish to give yourself all this attention know that this is where it all begins and if you are empty you have little to give to anyone else.

So enjoy it.

How do I find myself today?

Excuse me.

How do I feel physically?

Mentally and emotionally.

Just noticing whatever pops up as we consider these aspects of ourself.

See if we can accept it all just as it is,

The bits we like and the bits we don't like.

And if that's difficult for us we can offer the one who experiences it a bit more love not less.

We're just resting with our natural breath.

Allowing each breath to be unique.

Let's see if we can do that without our conscious mind interfering.

Excuse me.

Hopefully we can feel ourselves slowing,

Relaxing a little further as we float on the breath.

And if your mind wanders just come back without any self-criticism just return to the waves of the breath.

Lulling you,

Almost rocking you.

So now we're feeling a little quieter,

Hopefully more relaxed.

I invite you to sense the energy in your hands.

So there's the physical hands,

The fingers,

The palms.

Can you feel a kind of buzzy energy in your hands?

Sensing whatever there is to sense in your hands.

Noticing if we are criticizing ourselves and seeing if we can just allow whatever there is to sense,

Allow it to be.

Whatever we find that's what we found.

We're gonna have a go see if we can sense the energy field around our whole body.

So you may or may not be able to feel physically anything.

More likely you cannot feel physically anything.

I invite you to use your imagination.

So as we become more accustomed to,

And more experienced in the energetic world,

In the world that is formless and made of energy,

Our imagination becomes more powerful,

More important because it helps to form the physical world.

And what I mean by that is if you recall an important innovation like a light bulb for example,

That had to be imagined in somebody's mind before it became a physical object.

So that kind of gives you a sense of how the imagination interacts with the physical.

So we're going to use our imagination to imagine our energy field.

And then it may trigger that inner critic,

Right?

See if you can just let him sit on your shoulder and say whatever that critic wants to say.

You can even imagine him as a little person,

He's looking really cross,

That you're even trying this.

Let him say whatever he wants and we'll just go back to imagining.

So I'm going to quote Dumbledore now,

Just because you imagined it,

What makes you think it isn't real.

So however we imagine our energy field we're going to give it a bit of a wash and brush up,

Just like we would our hair in the morning.

Brush our teeth,

Make ourselves presentable,

Same.

We look after our teeth,

We look after our energy.

So let's see if our energy field is intact.

So you may notice there are holes.

Feel with imaginary arms or in any way that works for you and if you find imperfections in this energy field around you,

You can smooth them back into shape.

The shape of our egg around you perhaps just like fingertip length away from you,

Above your head,

Below your feet smoothing it into shape.

If you find a big hole you might need to sew it with some energetic thread.

Gently smoothing it back into the egg shape,

Checking how that feels.

So we're going to get,

Maybe imagine getting a bit of a duster,

A rag,

We're going to give it a bit of a clean because sometimes it can be grey and dingy,

Dirty.

We're going to give it a bit of a clean.

So imagining the rainbow colours of our aura becoming brighter.

I sometimes imagine like a squeegee like you clean the windows with and as you use that squeegee on your aura it becomes iridescent.

Colours are becoming brighter and imagine it any way you like.

Just noticing if that inner critic on your shoulder doesn't like the idea.

Just noticing and doing it anyway as an experiment.

So the colours have become much brighter since we've given our aura a clean.

So our energy field kind of contains an energetic version of us,

Some of which will be great and wonderful and magnificent and some of it will be hurt,

Resentful,

Wounded,

Unhappy.

And so we can clear some of that unhappiness with energetic tools and one of those tools is the violet flame.

So a violet flame of transfiguration.

We can invite that in to our energy field and although it's a flame it's not going to burn us.

It's going to transform a layer of that pain and unhappiness back into light,

Love and truth.

So imagine it coming into your energy field.

Notice if that critic doesn't like it but seeing how it feels when we do it.

Thank you.

I've cleared away some of the pain.

We're going to invite in the light,

The love and the truth.

If you wish you can ask your faithful guardians,

Guides,

Angels,

Ascended masters to help you with this if that's something that rings true for you.

If not you just invite in the light.

So imagine that light in the center of your energy,

In the center of your being.

It's going to start to grow to fill our energy.

Imagine it any way you like.

Gradually allowing the light to expand.

Feeling how it feels.

You Let's allow our breath now to bring a little more love into this field.

So we're going to imagine our breath activating our heart center.

Imagining the breath flowing in and out of our heart center.

That light is going to take on a pink tinge.

Or maybe we can imagine the center of our field as loving.

However you want to imagine it.

Love at the center of our pain.

So imagining now the outside of this energy field and I imagine that as if,

When you see oil on a puddle of water it's that iridescent multicoloured swirly and so I imagine it but you can imagine it anyway that works for you.

And we're going to protect our energy field so that little voice,

Your unhappy self on your shoulder may be saying to you why should I protect myself because I want to give to my loved ones.

And that's it's wonderful to want to give to your loved ones but I still put it to you that you need to maintain your energy field because there's a lot of negativity out there sometimes and sometimes it's coming from our loved ones and if we allow our energy field to become hurt,

Negative,

Damaged that's all kind of the same thing.

If we allow our vibration to fall we can't give to them,

We have less to give to them so we can protect this energy field knowing that that serves us and that serves them.

Especially if you're going into a negative situation,

A difficult situation all the more reason to protect your own energy.

Be more capable for everyone concerned.

So you can imagine brilliant light at the edge of your energy field.

Imagine it any way that works for you.

I personally ask Archangel Michael to give me a blue barrier,

A fuzzy firework light.

If that works for you great,

If not use something else.

It might be solar coloured,

Sun coloured.

However you imagine it,

It's good.

Know that that's what you need.

You might have more than one colour.

Our energetic wash and brush up is complete.

I'm sensing how that feels.

If you've got the time in the morning you can take as long as you like over this exercise but you can take just a few seconds to imagine it falling into place around you as you prepare for your day.

I offer to you that if you feel particularly unhappy,

Down,

Exhausted,

This is a useful tool to start to recover.

I'm just resting for a few more moments.

Feeling how it feels.

So we can take one or two deeper breaths and allow movement into our body,

Having a stretch and we can know we are physically and energetically prepared for our day.
