Hey there,
Welcome to today's meditation which can be done either seated or laying down.
So get yourself cozy.
Now take a few deep and intentional breaths.
With every exhale give your entire body permission to relax.
It feels good,
Doesn't it?
You deserve to feel good in your body and you deserve to feel good in your mind.
Please remember that.
We don't have to remind ourselves to think about all of our mistakes or things that stress us out
or to focus on our flaws.
Unfortunately this happens somewhat naturally.
You know,
Maybe you're driving or doing chores or simply trying to fall asleep
and all of a sudden you jump down this rabbit hole of every past mistake you've made,
Things you're not performing well enough at.
You know how it goes.
I'm 100% positive I'm not the only one who has done this
and this is why I love the practice of positive affirmations,
Reminding myself to take a few minutes to practice kindness within my own mind.
That's what I would like to do right now.
Relax your eyes,
Relax your body,
Deepen your breath,
Actually feel your mind relax.
The practice of positive affirmations is best done proactively rather than reactively,
Although both are beneficial and what I mean by that is making the decision to practice
a positive mindset when you're feeling neutral or when you're feeling really good rather than
just when you've,
You know,
Jumped down that negativity rabbit hole,
But like I said,
Both are beneficial practices.
So regardless of where you fall,
I trust that spending time here together now will have a positive impact on whatever comes next for
you today.
Make your next cycle of breath the deepest breath that you can,
And then
I'd like you to focus on something that you have done lately that you're proud of,
No matter how simple or how large of an accomplishment this is.
Even the simple act of cleaning your house or being present with a friend or a loved one who
has a dog or a cat or a cat or a dog or a cat or a cat or a cat or a cat or a cat or a cat or a cat
or being present with a friend or a loved one who needs you.
Those are very worthwhile accomplishments.
Maybe just make yourself a short list of few things that you are proud of lately.
And now I'd like you to think of something you like about your appearance.
Good choice.

Take a deep breath and offer yourself this.
I accept myself as is.
I trust myself.
I trust my plan for life.
But also,
I trust life's plan for me.
I am worthy of experiencing joy.
I am worthy of experiencing peace of mind.
I accept myself as is.
This is a very important part of my life.
It's a very helpful tool because at some point,
We will,
You know,
Be reflecting on the negatives.
And that's just part of our human nature.
So the next time you find yourself following that path,
Pause,
Breathe,
And take a moment to reflect on what's going right.
Reflect on gratitude.
Reflect on self-love.
You are amazing.
